  1. Plenty europeans are already playing it thanks to that method. Of course, I won't personally try it since I'm patient enough and since I'm far too paranoid about these things, but you can try if you want. Also, why are you complaining about 'spending money and I can't play it' if you got it on Steam? Release date was fairly clear there.
  2. If you're really this impatient use a VPN program to unlock your copy.
  3. Still not added to me.
  4. Fairly sure it's from a mod. Seems like the community is working hard to bring immediately on the table the fixes the game needs.
  5. The 19th was the release date for all the american (as in, the continent) countries AFAIK. Taviow is playing the game too.
  6. The guy basically was playing the same as a warrior would be played, charging the enemies ahead and going all melee. No different tactics were involved. He did use a stun or two but the difference wasn't impressive and certainly the gameplay didn't feel like he was playing a badass ninja as Bioware tried to imply.
  7. WHAT. (SFW Not Safe For Sanity)
  8. It's all part of the 'rogues will be different' -> 'sees video' -> 'they play exactly like warriors' part.
  9. Just read my digital copy of All Roads. Nice. Super tiny spoiler:
  10. I've already preloaded it. I'm simply interested in how the mainstream perceives it since it'll likely have an impact on Obsidian in the future.
  11. GameSurf (Italian) 8.5/10 Curiously enough one of their positive is that Obsidian added things to the gameplay.
  12. Reception has been very positive so far. Can't wait to see what other thread these boards produce! AAA forum! Even Nightshape agrees!
  13. GamingXP (German) 85%
  14. Don't remember the name, it was in a news on the Vault.
  15. Bethesda sent a review copy to a comedy site. I'm not surprised they sent one to Destructoid, being a fairly visited video games blog. Also, GECK.
  16. Strategy Informer 8.5 GameZone 6.5 GameSource (Italian) 8.0
  17. Can't say I blame the guy in the comments on RPS. Obsidian, Obsidian never changes.
  18. Bendu, you're a comrade. Thanks!
  19. Uhm, 85 with the first reviews is pretty stinky for such a high profile project. Not bad but, considering metacritic scores tend to go down in time...
  20. I probably mentioned this before, bug I had a lot more bugs in a single ME2 playthrough than I had in 4 AP ones... So, what was your point again? My point is that it means nothing. The vast majority of players found Mass Effect 2 to be a fairly polished experience, especially on the lead platform (which is the Xbox360) while a common complaint of reviewers is that the lead platform version of New Vegas is buggy. Predictable? Surely. But it doesn't make me happy in the slightest and I'm sure it doesn't make Josh and the crew happy either. Except that they are the one that worked on the game so they should know more than me about why the game has these issues.
  21. G4tv review was hilarious though. Fallout 3's buildings were all linked to quests? Fallout 3's writing was great? What?
  22. Wait, bugless games get released these days? Seriously? Oh come on, I agree that there was a pro-Bethesda bias in Fallout 3's reviews (just compare the comments on the forums on release with the reviews) but that does in no way excuses releasing an unpolished game. And just compare the general polish in Bioware releases (with the rather noticeable exception of Awakening which had its score dragged down in reviews for exactly that reason) to an Obsidian release. Pro-big developers bias does in no way excuses small developers to publish buggy games that lock up constantly on consoles, and unfortunately, that's a pretty common complaint.
  23. Bugs don't really bother me too much. Crashes are what get to me. That said, Fallout 3 + Obsidian. Was anyone really expecting a polished, bug-free experience? It's never a good sign when you expect a developer to publish buggy games, you know.
  24. Brother None has done a newspost with the early reviews on NMA Seems like the first reaction is positive but I've only read the score for now. Pop's reviews are also included so you'll likely want to skip them. EDIT: Also, I wouldn't go all 'herp derp' on the game being buggy. The fact is, Obsidian has basically being confirmed to be almost physically unable to polish a game with this project. I'm setting my expectations towards Dungeon Siege III accordingly and at this point, I'm surprise some of you still aren't.
  25. Most of all
