I wonder if we're going to reach the visual peak of violence in games any time soon. Personally I find the throat cutting scene disgusting. How juvenile do people have to be to find that appealing? Skipping this superhero crap. Yeah, I mean, a game from the creators of Arx Fatalis and Dark Messiah. Also having the lead designer of Deus Ex 1 and the art director of Half Life 2 involved. All of them citing their passion for Thief ans such. Yeah, skipping that superhero crap too. I mean, DAY 1 PURCHASE!!!! Too bad it's published by Bethesda/Zenimax. If it was a Kickstarter project i'd have a bit more faith.....

Also ALL of the save games import into each of the series. I.E. 1 imports into 2. 2 imports into 3 etc... It's a Fantastic series. One of my favorites <3

Get a copy of the rule set and read. It is utterly..... insane and so fantastic at the same time. It's brilliant.

Read the design docs and voted. I don't think it's going to be a surprise which one is going to win (Moebeus). It's the closest thing to Gabriel Knight we can get. :happy:

Playing Wasteland for the first time. It's interesting seeing all the huge amount of references of Wasteland in Fallout (like fixing the water purifier in the first town of Wasteland), which I never would have noticed. I just killed Bobby. Not sure how I feel about that.... D: Absolutely wonderful game so far. Bashing things with crowbars has never been so much fun!

I am backing this. I SO want Jane to do a game where she finally has full control of her creation. It's moving very slowly and quite a number of large gaming sites don't seem to consider this news sadly. Still keeping my fingers crossed.

It's hilarious in that the SNES and Genisis version of Shadowrun between fans is like the eternal fight of which Final Fantasy game is better...... I never played either, I only played the PnP game with an OK DM and some very good players who knew the lore/setting/rules. Best. Damn. Time. Of. My. Life. <3

If Obsidian could just do one game in this setting, It would be the best Obsidian (and Shadowrun) game EVAR. That'e never going to happen though. If only I had trillions of dollars.
