  1. I'm kind of bouncing between attempts to play Wasteland 2 Directors Cut, Pillars of Eternity (with the White Marches), and Just Cause 2. I find I'm pretty much doing them in half hour doses rather than any serious game time.

  4. Playing a Malkavian... changes things. It's worth doing for that.
  5. Swedish Police featured in Fox News segment say the filmmaker is a madman

  7. Ah the World of Darkness. Wraith - Embrace your teenage depression. Werewolf - Embrace your teenage anger and frustration. Vampire - Embrace your teenage melodrama. Mage - Embrace your teenage paranoia Changeling - Embrace your teenage escapism.
  8. You utterly evil fiend you. But I have to say, Demon The Descent never caught my imagination quite like Fallen did.
  9. From 'SEDITION, A FREE PRESS, AND PERSONAL RULE May 7, 1918' by President Theodore Roosevelt
  10. Demon The Fallen was a brilliant concept for table top pen and paper, but I really can't see it adapting well to a crpg. Too much depending on creating the relationships with mortals and making the pacts to get faith, the roleplaying aspects of which would be incredibly awkward to do in some computer game. To balance out infernal court politics, the modern day humanity, and the potential Earthbound and any cults and such....
  11. And just for the callback to the FMV days.. and general Tom Wilson silliness. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RqPn1DhcE7M
  12. Lethal Weapon. It can be enjoyably popcorn silly, and then every now and again it pulls a serious emotional element.
  13. So, does Creationist Ken Ham's belief in Dinosaurs, Humans and Giants fighting each other count as "alternate facts"? Creationist Ken Ham: Dinosaurs fought gladiator battles against humans and giants
  14. Hm, and Neil Gaiman has announced he's working on a sequel to Neverwhere titled "The Seven Sisters"
