    That's more than likely going to be the big area choice. That's more than likely going to be the big area choice. Choose red to kill elves, choose blue to save them. They might as well give us a spreadsheet of choices and just text responses, I'm so bored with binary choices that have no ramifications that they might as well come with an auto resolve button. The result will likely be the same.

    Combat is a little painful in the beginning, specially when you get to Downtown. Once you get past the stealth portions combat improves significantly and by the end you will be a badass vampire in a horror John Woo film. Its one of those few instances of story and gameplay married seamlessly, where your rise in power is relevant to the story.

    Actually, IIRC those were only possible with non lethal takedowns. Killing actually alarmed nearby enemies, unless they patched that out.

    Not what he said in the slightest. Despite, he has professed his like of Twilight and regards it as a great work (which is fine) but it does cast some doubt on his taste as a writer. But I always say everyone gets to have one, a particular thing that they like that's of low quality. If he started it comparing it to Shakespeare I would be more nervous though...although Shakespeare really was just the Michael Bay of his time.

    I feel like Volo's posts should come with references and links, so that we could understand what he/she's saying. Either way I have fun reading them.

    you got a point. still, if edward is a fifty-year old professor from new jersey, even if is a fantasy, am thinking we got a Very different scenario in the minds o' teenage girls and parents, and others. also, we doubt the female protagonists in such romances your friends read is teenage girls. HA! Good Fun! I find the fact that decades old vampire would willingly summit themselves to highschool periodically more unbelievable than disturbing. Plus, it has been said that there is no way that a cultured vampire would find anything attractive on a vapid teenager.(other than her blood, which just goes to remind you that guys only want one thing) Lolita and Twilight are different because Twilight is not an old guy masquerading as an young one but the reverse. Is someone with no depth but the implication of one whose existence is devoted to someone ever more shallow than he. IDK if that was your point, but I didn't get that from your post.

    Varric easily is the best companion in the Dragon Age series, I'm glad he will be back (unless they manage to mangle him beyond recognition, of course ) I dread to think that they might ruin him "a la Anders", returning characters could either be very good(if they stick to what the character is) or very bad(if they decide to try their hand at development).

    But we all disagree all the time, heck sometimes we disagree just cause we are bored and no one takes to opposing argument. On OP, I don't think that a female safe zone is the solution. Creating a girls only area is painting a target on your back, you're just making it easier for the arseholes to find you.

    I agree but mostly because I went in hyped about the Malkavian playthrough and expected something more, but considering how different the dialog options are I would still recommend a regular playthrough first...and then wait a while... and do another...with another character....and do one more.....**** it i'm playing it again.

    His first appearance coincides with the time that the is opened and if you check his aura you can tell that he is undead. Also he's on the ending sequence. There is also my favorite conspiracy about the messages and how is actually Grout who leaves them...which makes perfect sense when you're roleplaying as a Malkavian. I must go; the voices are calling me.

    Funny I thought that Bethesda did release hotfixes and patches for all there games in an attempt to fix issues? Except that it was 1 step forward and 2 steps back, the purple missing textures was due to one of the updates.

    Uh, I think that's pretty much every power. No Malc that's incorrect. There are numerous examples of direct intervention and military assistance by the West in Africa when there was no other reason to do it but humanitarian interest. Sierra Leone, Somalia, CAR, Mali are just some examples where the West has intervened and they didn't gain anything by it but to try to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe of some sort Was that when we were still fighting proxy wars against the spread of Communism?

    Is the skeleton under my hair, flesh and muscle Undead? Skeletons that walk around are undead, right? So I guess so? But zombies are undead and they got flesh and muscle.

    The game has suffered a lot because is being released on both current gen and next gen, which was a poor choice for a game that was supposed to be a launch title.
