I broke my friend's tooth on Saturday. This morning they fixed it and now it's impossible to see anything was ever wrong. The wonders of technology! What a time to be alive..

Meet the dogs, don't read about them. My family has had around 20+ different dogs throughout my life and very rarely have I felt that the description of them (or their race) has had any relevance to my dogs.

Still playing Torchlight 2, even though I beat it with one character and then made it through maybe 75% of the New Game+ campaign before switching characters and completing it TWICE with that new character. I'm determined to find at least one legendary item before I give up! Apparently one character at level 73 and one at level 93 is not enough. Or maybe I'm just unlucky.

I paid $1000 to have my (Audi..) brakes changed because I fail as a man and can't do it myself. Don't whine. Edit: I can't speel

I like to watch Toronto and Washington. Guess if I'm interested in staying up all night watching the play-offs now?

I hate you.

I've been playing Torchlight 2 recently, and I started going for the achievements. One of them seems pretty simple: "wear a completed armor set". But it's not simple. And it's a problem I've had in every game with armor sets ever. I get the first piece of a set that seems cool. I'm level 25. Then I find another piece of the set.. and I'm level 40 and the first piece is obsolete for my level. Most sets have like 5-9 pieces. I'd probably be level 100 before I fuond the last piece. And so it goes for every set I've ever tried completing. How do you guys do it?

There's no such thing.

Be careful with the coughing, my aunt broke a rip when during a coughing attack. I once coughed so hard that one of my ribs was ripped loose from the cage. I do not recommend it as it made breathing quite uncomfortable for the following weeks. Edit: I can spell lose looose!!

I loved South Park: Stick of Truth, but after one playthrough (that didn't take very long) there was nothing left to do. Great game, too bad about the lack of extraneous content.

I found that Star Citizen video funny. Especially the comments I saw. "Shooting at tiny dots, so much fun. Not!!". Well, that's basically all space sims combined into one sentence! From Elite and onward, that's the main ingredient! People being all nostalgic and **** over space sims seem to have forgotten that part.

New Mid-Tower Case - Taking Suggestions
mkreku replied to Archmage Silver's topic in Skeeter's Junkyard
I'm using an older version of the Antec Performance case (P180), and I'm not as lyrical about it as you. The fans are low quality and high in noise level. Mine broke after appr. one year (started whining and squealing). Not just one, but all three of the pre-mounted fans! Antec replaced them for free, but still. The hinges on the door are plastic. Mine broke and the door fell off. No big deal, but still.. not good quality. Lots of little design problems (might be solved in newer versions). Difficult to change CPU fans since the backplate of the case has no holes big enough. Difficult because the backplate is static also. The PSU tunnel has caused me more problems than anything as the hole between the actual case and the tunnel where you put your cables gets extremely cluttered after a while. Also unnecessarily difficult to work with. Lots of little details that can ratchet (those loop holds, little box lid, hard drive cages etc.). All in all I would say it was way, way too expensive for what I got. I will not buy an Antec again (and I only still have it because I'm too lazy to switch). -
Oohh, great idea.. I'll install GTA4 + Icehancer to torture my 290X some more.

The last time someone let me loose on a powerful character creator, I found myself playing through the game with a pink thong wearing, obese-yet-oddly-muscular transvestite with long, blonde hair and a black porn mustache. Thank you, Saint's Row 3! Would be fun to see what the girls who play that game create for themselves. I'm pretty confident that approximately 0.00% would create a fat character, for example.

Bought a new laptop, came home, unpacked it and found this: It's a laptop I bought for my sister (Acer Aspire E1-572, i5-4200U, 8 GB RAM, 1TB storage, 1920x1080 screen). I was going to decrapify it before sending it to her. The weird thing is that the box it came in had almost no visible damage (only a small tear in the paper hinge, so to speak). The screen had no visible damage at all until you turned it on. I took it back to the store and they'll replace it for free. Still a bit annoying.

Hmm, I wonder what day it is today..
