I'm impressed by Carmack's ability to not lock himself into one dominant OS. He keeps supporting the Mac OS/Linux world by not only developing his games for the monopolistic Direct X world. I thought it was awesome! I could feel the Fallout nostalgia pulling me AND I got to imagine how it could look in a first person perspective! I know the teaser said nada about any camera views or anything, but DAMN, it could look good in first person! Great job on choosing the music. Great job of incorporating all those tiny little details (Doctor's bag and the bottle of booze and stuff). Especially great job on the posters! Great job getting Ron's voice back in the gaming world (even though it might have just been taken from one of the previous games and not been re-recorded for the teaser). It might not have been worth the wait, but it was still a great experience seeing that teaser! GOOD JOB, BETHESDA!

I want Fallout 3 to be first person perspective. Now go to www.iqtest.dk and compete with me, and we'll see who will have to wear the "idiot" title.

They will probably hint as to the general design philosophy, the setting (East coast? Woo!) and flirt a little with the old fans. I expect nothing more. I don't even think they'll reveal if they're going real-time or turn-based, first person perspective or overhead perspective.

I must say that the NHL officials are chicken ****. He's caused one head injury before: one game suspension. Ok, a bit low but pretty fair. The same player causes another reckless head injury (I'd say with an attempt to injure): one game suspension. WHAT THE ****? What kind of message does that send?! Oh, you can do whatever you want out there, you'll never get more than one puny game. The team gets nothing. No money taken from your salary. No punishment for the coach, NOTHING. Ridiculous.
