Yeah, it's an ordinary jpg. And it still won't work. Which is odd because I'm not doing anything different from the other hundred times it's worked for me. Annoying.

To tell you the truth, during the five years I've been using Abit I haven't had a single hardware failure (or problem) so I don't even know if they have support. But they do build sturdy stuff, that's for sure.

How odd. Whenever I try to upload my latest pictures from my adventures in Gothic 3, the board replies something like "You did not select a file to upload". I did. You are wrong, stupid board.

I read somewhere that the PC demo was expected to arrive August 21.. But I can't find my source so I'm probably wrong.

I'm adding Borderlands to my list of games I'm looking forward to! Whatever you may think of Bethesda, one thing's for sure: they've totally revived the post apocalyptic setting! They started with Fallout 3, then there was iD's rage-game and now Borderlands from Gearbox. Well, I hid inside that ruined house and he tried to follow me but was too fat to enter. So I shot arrow after arrow into him, hit him with a sword from a safe distance and finally he croaked. It was more of a coincidence that he ended up getting stuck in the doorway as he was moving around a lot all the time. By the way, did I mention that Gothic 3 is an excellent game, despite still having some bugs even after patch 1.4?

Morgoth is right. I've always thought Fallout would make a great little turn-based RPG on a Gameboy or Nintendo DS or PSP. Turn-based games work well on handhelds because they're seldom dependent on precise player input or time restraints so you can easily play them during bumpy car rides or other travels. DO IT, Herv

Just another head's up.. Since the time should be getting near to AMD's next generation CPU's, I thought I'd give you a hint of how AMD is compared to the Core 2 Duo of today (6750 and 6850). Since your purchase isn't scheduled until at the latest November (by which time the AMD Phenom should have arrived) you'll be able to choose from Penryn (Intel's new LGA775 socket CPU's.. meaning you can buy the motherboard now) and Phenom, if you decide to wait a few months longer. Decisions, decisions. Since I already have a LGA775 socket motherboard, I'm waiting for the new Penryn before I upgrade. Unless I switch to Abit's new DDR3-enabled motherboard.. Argh.

It could easily work. Let's see if he can find the funding for this. Remember that Fallout 3 is making huge hype waves around the world right now. If it's released to the same critical acclaim that Oblivion was, Fallout Online could leech off of that and attract a million Bethesda fans at least. Not so sure any Fallout (1 & 2) fans would be very interested.. depending on how well the game is made, of course. Don't dismiss Interplay just yet. I can imagine lots of investors being interested in jumping aboard this hype train.

I just got home from three hours of uninterrupted beachvolley. All day it's been raining in Sweden and while I was at work I had no intentions of doing anything but play Gothic 3 when I got home. But suddenly the clouds broke up and disappeared and the sun started shining. By the time I had gotten home from work, it was warm and blue skies. We (me and three of my friends) went to a camping place near where I live where they have six beachvolley fields. First we played, the four of us, in three different teams. Then two of our gang had to leave and we were all going to leave when suddenly a really tall, really beautiful girl came up to me and asked if we wanted to play with her and her friend (who was also very pretty, but shorter). I was like, "YEAH!!! Er.. I mean, sure, if you want us to.". We played. We lost. 12-21, 11-21. It was hugely embarrassing. They smashed us to pieces, they placed the ball on the line and they even served so well we couldn't return it. After two games (I have no idea why we agreed to a second game) we talked to them and found out that they had been playing in the Swedish League in beachvolley but hadn't made the finals.. I'm scared to think of how good the winning couple must be. Why are all beachvolley girls so pretty? Is it the tiny shorts they wear? Is it their tight, tanned bodies? Is it the fact that they can smash the ball in your head and scream "IN YOUR FACE!!" while you're writhing in agony on the ground? I have no idea.
