Game crashes at start up (seems to be rare), Assassinatite Jezebel Alhambra mission has a gamebreaker where you can't ID a mandatory guy, actors not spawning when you load a checkpoint (common), to name a few.

I posted the pics on another forum I visit. The game lost it's "looks like a PS2 game" virginity.

Look at the 3rd shot, the rocks on the left are low-res, the ones on the right are high(er)-res. The Guardian looks great too, and not just art style-wise.

The environment does look great.

Well the GDC 2010 teaser trailer for Deus Ex 3 isn't very spectacular either. Didn't bother to watch the actual trailer from E3. Yeah, look at those rectangular hands and textures-on-the-table operating items.

*cough*Deus Ex 3*cough*Not even the tree branch was as detailed as anything in DX' teaser. Or DX just hid it better.

Sure, I'll just spam scanner sweep every 10 seconds. 'Sides, like you said, if the opponent has, say, 6 more units than you counters when s/he attacks, you're ****ed at that point. And then there's the Zerg "I rebuild my army before you make it halfway across the map".

This bit is kinda sorta interesting if you ask me.

I'm going to pass on multiplayer when I get the game. The beta was fun at the beginning when the fights were escalating, later it just turned into trying to guess what the enemy will rush you with.

So this game will be a kiting simulator too?

I think so, when they originally announced that it would be three games and not one I believe that they said that the three games would be cheaper. IIRC they only said this for the two "expansions", and the wording was ~"We plan to sell them cheaper but ultimately it'll depend on production costs". They said at one BlizzCon that they want to make the game as grandiose as they can (in other words, not a few epic missions or many boring ones, but many epic missions). That ought to increase costs.

Agreed. Still we did learn something, it's going to be about the 10th legion. We knew that for a while now.

Huzzah. Hope it's not just you. I know the Ultramarines get fluff love, but now they're at Primarch level ? I was about to say 'The Emperor Provides', but it is an action game There is so much fluff to love, yet they chose the poster guys (again). Is the entire gaming world filled with munchkins with inferiority issues?!? Hey Relic, how about a nice roleplaying game some day? We have 5 games (expansions included) with the Blood Ravens and only 2 with Ultras tho. 3 with Fire Warrior.
