Going for the eye was quite useful but that was it, really. I don't think I've ever aimed for anything else in Fallout and Fallout 2.. except maybe.. the head. And the blindness combat message was the funniest!

Shooting the guns can be pretty effective, but that means crap loot. Breaking a super mutant's minigun was useful tho.

Does it work for EU client aswell? And if yes, can you unlock the skin, if you have not unlocked the hero yet? I'm on EU and it worked, also technically you get the skin, but the hero unlocks as well. Dunno if it's a bug, oversight or intentional, but that's the way it is.
