I fired up Fallout 3 again yesterday when I was bored and somehow the game got me going again for a couple of hours. The same thing always happens when I start up Oblivion. I really do not understand how Bethesda manages to do this with their games.

Disappointing, I thought Natal dodgeball would involve severed heads.

Maybe your onboard graphics is not supported by the game?

The lightsaber trick definitely helps here. I had this crashing error for the very first time when I played as a guns character... before that I had only played lightsaber wielders.

Is that lame "Oh Be A Fine Girl Kiss Me" joke still used, I wonder? It's the only reason why I still remember the spectral classes of stars.

The male running animation in FO3 is terrible. I made a male character recently but deleted him after seeing how he runs in third person. Not to mention, it's quite impossible to create a male character face that doesn't look completely retarded.

Sure it's a very nice cinematic, but what does it have to do with the game, I wonder. Is it an intro to the game? It's kind of hilarious, seeing all those Darth Revan & Darth Malak wannabees working out, and the hawt Twi'lek assassin & Mandalorian bounty hunter overextending themselves.

There better be some interesting mutant fauna & flora, like alligators & flesh-eating plants.

I hope the content of that trailer is purely promotional and not actual game content. Jedi Temple getting destroyed & Jedi getting wiped out again? Come on, I want something remotely original instead of another intergalactic war (then again, it's BioWare...).

I would've thought Coruscant & the Jedi Temple would be a bit more thoroughly protected.

Heh, I recently got into a crashing frenzy on Onderon myself. Everytime I exited or entered the marketplace - black screen. Best is to quicksave frequently and suffer through it til you leave the planet.

Spent 9 hours in a car on German motorways. Quite lovely.

Maybe if the story wouldn't fall flat on its face near the end. Both games fizzle out too quickly in the third act too. NWN1 OC did better than NWN2 OC with three fully fleshed out acts, and a fourth 'endgame' act.

Get FOOK and never look back.

What really would be great is LucasArts actually making the two sequels to Loom, and the sequel to Full Throttle.

Maybe there'll be some new info on BG&E 2.
