  1. Silent Running perk in FO3...
  2. I think I will depend on the ending you chose. If you chose to go rebuild the Grey Wardens and romanced one of the schmucks, I'd expect them to be there in the expansion.
  3. I didn't use my creature much as a Ranger, save in the last part of the game when both my character & creature were unstoppable anyway. He drew too much attention and blew my cover the entire time before that.
  4. Why hasn't Captain LeChuck been mentioned as villain yet?
  5. It's the first Beth game that uses a XP system, and it shows.
  6. Samara... I've always wanted to romance an entire Russian city. BioWare's writers must've been really busy.
  7. It's a Belgian game. I don't mind the convo animations. It's nowhere as exaggerated as in Drakensang, where characters would wave around their arms every 5 seconds. The art direction, character development, music & side quests of this game kick Dragon Age in the teeth.
  8. I always do everything in the opening area and am usually level 6/7 when meeting Talana. There are enough level 8 Goblins & Skeletons in the vicinity to feast upon and level up some before climbing the Tower.
  9. ^Balancing is perfectly fine as it is. Only thing that remains is that arrows are still impossible to dodge, meaning enemy rangers with Explosive Arrows will rape your character in two seconds. Problem with archery is finding a good bow. There's only one in Broken Valley that's worth it (quest reward). Just wait til you're level 15 and pick up Explosive Arrows. After that, you'll really kick ass. 'Ranger Stealth' is a pretty good skill to pull enemies from mobs one-by-one without aggroing the entire mob.
  10. SuZe can kick her out of the airlock, in that case.
  11. At least in hard mode there's a bit more to combat in the Witcher than simply clicking the mouse. Using alchemy intelligently is a must. But a very good thing about the Witcher is the possiblity to actually avoid all filler combat by just running away. Try to do that in Dragon Age.
  12. Wouldn't Jacob qualify for that title more? Thane's a frog, after all.
  13. SuZe > Miranda
  14. I prefer the Witcher's setting & atmosphere over DA's. Also, imo environments are much better done in the Witcher. Compare Denerim to Vizima, for instance. The world in the Witcher feels alive, while in DA (just like in ME) the same NPCs stand around at the same spot for ever. In the Witcher citizens will comment as you pass them & they run off when it's raining, among other things.
  15. Meh. I'll take Subject Zero over that one any day.
  16. Leliana & the Scarecrow kicking butt:
  17. Is... is that a gatling gun in one of the screenies? *Soldier playthrough confirmed*
  18. I fear I may have to play some Orlesian pansy in the expansion since in all my endings my PC either entered high society, bit the dust or buzzed off to Par Vollen.
  19. What was amazing about MW is that even random NPCs that were not related to any quests at all could have very unique dialogue.
  20. Is it possible to continue a character in the expansion that was made queen of Ferelden?
  21. Everyone would be immune to the taint.
  22. So there will be Inferno Golems, Spectral Dragons and apparently also Skeletor... but what about Griffons?
  23. If Darkspawn Duncan isn't a boss in Return to Ostagar, I'm going on a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela on my bare feet.
