  1. Kingdoms of EAmalur. Remember when Dragon Age 2 got 9.5 ratings?
  2. Choices can't matter in ME3 considering you're supposed to be able to win no matter if you were full Paragon, full Renegade or something in between. That's why - judging from the leaked script - there's a McGuffin in the end to beat the Reapers. By all means one would expect a Chaotic Stupid Renegade Shepard to be doomed to lose against the Reapers... making humanity stand alone, letting Illusive Man keep the Reaper base, destroying every faction that could be possible allies, etc. Imagine the butthurt, though, if such a Shepard would actually lose. A modern game where it is possible to fail in the end, is very rare.
  3. I don't get why the Republicans are rallying behind a mormon.
  4. Was DX11 ever fixed in Arkham City?
  5. Ashley & Miranda are both far uglier than her, to be honest.
  6. Making simple games is very easy: go work at any so-called AAA games developer nowadays and bingo!
  7. Liara's face looks weird in that trailer. Anyway, because I'm an idiot, I just pre-ordered. *sigh*
  8. Will Vega beat up FemShep?
  9. There are two particularly poignant moments in the game, but for the rest I found it far inferior the first. There's no longer the mystery of the first game and the locations are more generic while in the first game they were all so atmospheric and quirky "warped history". Syberia 1&2 are practically the only significant and memorable post-2000 point&click games until Gray Matter came out. Adventure games nowadays are still churned out by the dozens, but either fail to succesfully emulate their great predecessors or are just utterly forgettable. There's of course also Dreamfall, but that one's memorable only for being a huge trainwreck.
  10. It's finally possible to switch to other characters in game? The game might be worth playing after all.
  11. Mistborn RPG?
  12. Looks Cornish.
  13. I would actually love collaboration with Bethesda doing Level Design and Obsidian handling the story and characters. Best of both world. Bethesda should work with BioWare so we can get proper romances.
  14. Was that Female Nameless One mod ever completed? I must confess that replaying with Guido Henkel is kinda unappealing.
  15. Tomb Raider reboot has gone Alpha Could be good if they keep the Heavy Rain bs, as witnessed during E3 gameplay, at a minimum.
  16. Was this deliberate?
  17. Dishonored's out in 2012? I might make an exception for that game.
  18. I'm picking up Risen 2 and Dragon Commander at release. There's nothing else coming out this year that deserves full price.
  19. I'd vote for Ron Paul. At least he didn't brush off Wheelchair Guy (Obama's secret answer to Joe the Plumber).
  20. Isn't Reagan as much a polarizing figure in US politics as, say, Thatcher in UK? Don't only Republicans view him as a good president?
  21. PS:T is good. I've been planning on replaying it for over 10 years now.
  22. Scratch that. That should be a mother-in-law.
  23. Tell us how you really feel.
