Through exploration I found an extremely good weapon and now all but the very strongest enemies die in one or two shots. Very satisfying, haven't experienced this in an open world game since maybe Morrowind.

Big monsters still give 200-500 xp. And even petty monsters drop stuff that can be sold for profit. Rember Witcher 3 where every monster from nekker to golem gave 1 xp to kill.
