Not a surprise, they failed the last time and it'd be a bigger coup as she's well known now.

People are loyal to their employers ?

So why are you butthurt over his method ? As for that list, you'd think people would just give up on reading such things.

Those were pretty funny actually. The Golden Throne one is best.

Well, attacking people's kids is a fairly easy way to terrorize them, doesn't work that much with everyone else though so they'll just want you dead.

Had to laugh at work when we rejected a guy for a role that involves heavy client interaction and some development because he said that he was really interested in talking with and dealing with people with some development on the side. This is some cunning game to shut my team down, I figure.

Yes, the breed can be dangerous. Any dog can be, differing degrees of potential damage to be sure.
-
Interesting effect the breed has on you, the dog certainly didn't look out of control in the video - aside from what I imagine is expected when a collar is forced on an animal.
-
I suppose I should have put that it was hypothetical rather than relying on the 'if' to convey that.

If a non-cop did this, I'd imagine they'd end up in a similar situation. As for dragging through the mud, I'm not overly sympathetic, he did something and was held account for it. Doubt it'll stick with him anyway in the future.
-
Why shameful ? They should be held account same as anyone else.
-
Well, there's a surprise for you. Heh, and who said people are ignoring other issues for this ? Society can walk and chew gum. This also does touch on an issue with cops, in that they've no qualms with being dishonest just to CYA.
-
Apparently as the video didn't mesh with what they claimed (imagine that..) so possibly put him on leave to be sure, not sure why it's crazy in anycase unless you automatically believe cops. And he's still getting his cheque, so no a big deal. Tough dog though, got tasered and then the cop shot it five times.
-
Cops seem to be doing the usual deceit even in this case, at least from reading another article. Sweet gig being a cop. Drivers are pretty stupid as well, given the mass they're, in theory, controlling. Still find it funny how many are mystified as to the meaning of the red octagon.

Ride slower then. Today I very, very slowly work on generating CSV files for reports.

It's like a whole new experience from the vanilla game.

Nice rainy day today, so glad I have my umbrella. Good fit for a Friday, but alas not too rainy enough that it'll suit the mood in the office

To be fair I try to not keep Daikatana in my mind too much.

I was reading some comments in its community hub and it's apparently supposed to be pretty bad. I thought it looked like it could actually be a bit of fun from the screenshots, but... Is $7, might as well try it if you have a suspicion it might be fun. And if it's total garbage well...you've experienced the bad so you'll appreciate the good that much more, or something. The sword levelling with you was something interesting at the time, or at least I think it was when I read a review on it many years ago.

Not really keen on another peripheral to keep around, though I suppose I should get a larger desk. Also does mean I avoid the experience of using a non-optimal controller as is claimed. Should have checked first before stating that, maybe.

I'm glad the kind of games I like aren't really enhanced by a gamepad.
