  1. Globalism. The best conspiracy theory I've read in the past year has been - https://www.perdurabo10.net/irish-twa.html
  2. Football Manager players as well.
  3. Plugging along in Witcher 3, not levelling my Aerondight up enough - losing stacks from getting hit once or so. Sure is fun playing with Griffin gear and Aard, somehow managed to blow a guy into 2 pieces with one attack, hah.
  4. Was Cyberbunk 2077 footage taken from an Italian presentation Someone did download it though - https://mega.nz/#!lfwzFJxI!yia7ioXP6S3Hfx5uCJDFE0s_LJO2eLlmY3W2_2H1has
  5. Oh yeah forgot to watch for that, whoops. Didn't miss much. Glad they kept making us hear Tracer's voice, we needed that. Interesting change for WoW levelling : Leveling Updates World of Warcraft: Shadowlands introduces a smoother, more streamlined leveling experience. World of Warcraft—and as that continues to grow, we wanted to find a way to better pace the experience for players as they level. Over the years, we’ve found ways to speed up the leveling process, but we did so at the cost of a providing a complete experience for players, who would outpace a zone’s content and miss out on the ongoing narrative. It’s also important for us to return to a time when every level is meaningful. This means that when you go from one level to another, you get something new such as an ability or spell, access to a dungeon, the ability to use mounts, or a new Talent tier. We’re also updating the new-player experience to showcase more of the best World of Warcraft has to offer. New players will begin their journey in a whole new level 1–10 experience. Players will then be able to level from 10–50 in Battle For Azeroth or any expansion they wish to experience from start to finish. Finally, they’ll move on into Shadowlands, where players can go from level 50–60. This ultimately means that leveling will be faster, and players will be able to experience the complete story of an expansion while preparing to journey to the Shadowlands.
  6. The gameplay trailer looked ok. People still bitching it's not dark though. I blame 40k and people taking all the skulls and **** seriously for this. As for the WoW trailer...I guess I just hate Sylvanas as a character so much that's colouring my reception of it.
  7. And there's Diablo 4. Going back to its dark roots, apparently. So Maximum Grimderp Cool trailer as well.
  8. I didn't though, just trying to guess at why you think the choice to drive is removed necessarily as part of mass transit. For taxes, eh, is a common good (although I'm sure that offends the libertarians here) and cars do share infrastructure with buses or trams so it's not as if you're paying for something with no benefit to you. Well, you still have to deal with dirtbags ensconced in a steel beast
  9. Who's taking away your choice though ? Never heard anyone suggest that cars be banned in total - I guess stuff like London's congestion tax or pedestrian areas counts ? If people in suburbs or outer areas of city have reliable rail/subway to get into work and a good tram/subway/bus network to hook into, a lot will take that as it's likely to be cheaper and less stressful. People can still drive if they want, and likely the traffic would be better.
  10. No idea who that is, so no. Wasn't being serious, obviously
  11. Obsidian are clearly SJWs, Avellone was the only one holding them back.
  12. Ideally mass transit would be better, then people wouldn't need to drive. Is the constant solution everyone is aware of here but no one wants to do - it takes longer to build than a term of office so...
  13. Ah woe to us with bandwidth caps.
  14. Well, at least he didn't go full Batman on the voice.
  15. It's what GTA 6 is going to be like.
  16. So all they need to do is crank down the gamma.
  17. Most common one I come across is when UPS/DHL/Fedex damages their package.
  18. Never did understand why D3 wasn't seen as dark or gritty. Running around corpses and torture implements seemed pretty grimdark enough, the temple region they added in...uh, Act 2 ? has oceans of blood too.
  19. https://www.dsogaming.com/news/diablo-4-details-leaked-prior-to-official-reveal-darker-and-grittier-will-be-similar-in-style-to-diablo-2/ "Diablo 4 is going to look dark, gritty and gross. Locations will be toned down, infrequently laid with corpses, wasteland, grey-ish deserts, clut caves surrounded by flesh, rotten crypts, marshes and bogs, as well as plagued cities. These levels will be larger than Diablo 3’s levels. Characters will now be able to ride horses (possibly other mounts) and there might be contextual interaction with environment. Blood splatters will also look more like blood and not splashed jam."
  20. Parodying Trump's attack on McCain.
  21. Pretty sure most of the condescension is from Albertans themselves rather than the other way around, always moaning about how much they give the country and therefore how much we owe them respect or something. Other guy was worse for a lot of people - https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/poll-strategic-voting-1.5339692 Toronto's still decently racist. Although not as bad as the hicks in rural Ontario.
  22. https://blog.counter-strike.net/index.php/2019/10/26113/ " At this point, nearly all key purchases that end up being traded or sold on the marketplace are believed to be fraud-sourced. "
