Well then you see how much a .NET expert I am ! Actually did learn that last week, I guess it didn't stick, will have to see if I could have used that somehow. I'm just glad my code didn't get rejected because my spacing was too much or, God forbid, I put comments.
Cop regulations are laws now ? As for it being unfair and strict, heh, well such is the life of a non-civilian, I'm sure military personnel have to put up with worse.
Also, wasn't being entirely serious, I guess I needed to telegraph that more.
Got myself some wonders in Surviving Mars, so I think I've won the game. I say this to avoid the impending collapse when my hordes of unspecialized middle aged colonists die off en masse (not sure why I never bothered to make universities). Will at least muck about with the terraforming before I bail.
Surviving Mars is going along well, although I have a lot of unemployed people. I did name one dome Foxconn, was where I made a lot of electronics but alas the people in the dome lost sanity and I think I lost ~20 out of 140 to suicide.
Cops in Canada would have likely beaten her up as well, our soldatos in blue aren't that much better than the US. And it is Alberta, people there forget what country they are in. I guess it can be hard to train officers to use their brain a bit and assess a situation.
I've just updated the database in production to get an issue resolved as I've done, several times now. Found out later I am supposed to get approval for that but...eh. SaaS sucks ass, good for the client I guess but means I have to deal with pointless change approval boards, several dozen KeePass stores (THAT MUST NOT BE SHARED WITH ANYONE), etc.
