  1. Yes, hence the "some".
  2. "Warriors and explorers", heh.
  3. And you see no problem with the leader of nation doing this? One thing, sure does show how some Americans basically are like Russia when it comes to being ok with annexation or mafia like behaviour.
  4. Will tell my Ukrainian neighbour that.
  5. https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/trump-canada-tariffs-51st-state-news-conference-1.7424897 Good thing you Americans elected a **** poster for President
  6. It means we'll have an election and probably a Reform, er, sorry, Conservative PM. That's all right now. Was PM for 9 years or so, that's quite a long time - either the people get sick of them or they get taken out by in party knives. It's funny seeing Americans think Trump is responsible for this, but the ones to say that are retarded.
  7. Dawn of War 3 sure is tedious. Sitting around waiting for resources a lot.
  8. The 900 Days: The Siege of Leningrad Good read, isn't military history really as isn't all that deep into what the armies are doing, rather focuses on how the people dealt with the siege. Interesting to note the political gaming going on even with a siege ongoing, Malenkov and Beria mostly (the latter deserved worse than he got).
  9. New Year means performance review crap at work, joy. Well, and annual layoffs of the most senior people, because experienced workers are bad.
  10. Happy New Year.
  11. Sounds like we're getting ripped off with the game at this price.
  12. Dawn of War 3 finally. It's 40k so there's that but, eh, just feels weird to play, like they weren't sure what kind of game to make it. Getting resources is pretty tedious, ended up going afk for 10 mins to get resources during an Eldar mission. Storyline is ok, jumping around from each faction is a bit weird but that's new I suppose.
  13. Jimmy Carter
  14. From what Ukrainians are saying the DPRK troops aren't good. Also apparently they kill themselves rather than surrender. The Eagle S was carrying spy equipment https://www.lloydslist.com/LL1151955/Russia-linked-cable-cutting-tanker-seized-by-Finland-was-loaded-with-spying-equipment Although not sure if that's something that needs retaliation especially, not like NATO isn't also spying just near RF borders.
  15. Is a tiresome way to live.
  16. Although not sure why it matters, that much, well other than people who want NATO troops in Ukraine for some reason. But good to have something other than having to trust in the omniscient UA intelligence
  17. Played The Forgotten City, neat little game. rather short - 5-6 hours or so. Creative game, playing with the time looping was fun. As a review I read said, it's not a great detective game as everything's pretty linear. Got all the endings, the involved one where you debate an alien and convince him his experiment is pointless is the obvious one they want you to take as that one gives you a nice happy epilogue.
  18. Abortion laws are controversial here? Freedom of speech as well ? Now Trump wants to seize the Panama Canal, I guess this is meant to appeal to his base for some reason.
  19. What social problems are you referencing, specifically ?
  20. US F-18 got shot down by a US ship, going to be some job openings on that ship. https://apnews.com/article/mideast-wars-yemen-us-navy-pilots-houthi-95a792daae3b0120186bfc6c66e1b6fe
  21. Was more thinking of the IDF, really, more than the bankrupt complaints on moral grounds from the US. Hardly excusing Russia to point out that, but oh well. They probably do refer to torture as that though, internally, sanitized language works well to reference Carlin. https://kyivindependent.com/over-12-000-civilians-killed-in-ukraine-since-russias-full-scale-war-un-says/ ~40k civilian casualties in 3 years. Still behind Gaza, hah. Although I think people say 100k died in Mariupol
  22. Usual rah rah stuff. YouTube isn't the place for analysis, either way.
