I wonder why they don't name it Deus Ex 2 in the first place. But then people would confuse it with Invisible War 2, and that would be fatally stupid. I hope they stick with the "3" without any stupid subtitle.
Well, that irked me from the beginning, when Bio always bragged around that you could explore so many uncharted worlds....yeah, but what am I supposed to do on them? Driving Buggy?
This is indeed a waste of time...but the Live Team have to make something to get paid. HA!
I'd say yes. There're chasing boats, helicopters (HL2 ripoff) and tanks that may or may not (depending on your badassnes) make your life more...eh strenuous.
I'm currently playing Cysis, taking my time with it slowly. I also picked up The Witcher eventually, but that will have to wait until Patch 1.2 gets out.
Reading through some reviews and comments, it seems like Bioware has improved on it's strengths (story, characters), whereas they have done nothing about it's weaknesses (slow, unexcited pace of combat, not cerebral enough gameplay).
Crysis is refreshingly hard....on hard (duh). That's what I expect from a decent PC shooter. Not like all the me-on-the-console-too FPS a'la Bioshock that are so insultingly easy.
Only nubs play it on Easy. You gotta play it at least on Normal or Hard to unfold the AIs full potential. In Delta the Koreans even speak in their respective language.
Btw, on what hardware are you running Crysis?
Never heard of propriety and responsibility, right? When western countries start to become as careless about weapon law as some Warlord controlled African provinces, you can't help but feel things are going mightily wrong.
