I'm currently replaying Crysis 1 since a very long time and it makes me almost weep. It plays so beautifully slick and quick, exactly what I'd expect from a true PC FPS game. Compared to this 5 year old game, C2 and even the C3 Alpha demo played like I was stomping around with a 500kg automaton made for people who can't use a mouse or quick reflexes. Far Cry 3 it seems has the same first-person slow-arse movement bull**** going on. You know, press E and watch for 5 secs some stupid first-person animation playing out. I don't have the patience for this.

Lawless 8.5/10 Another excellent movie from John Hillcoat and display of quality acting here, especially from Gary Oldman, who is now officially in my top five list of most versatile and manly actors. My understanding right now is that Next-Gen games currently in development are hybrid titles, being made for High-End PCs (and later ported to PS4/Xbox Next as soon as they have close to final DevKits) and of course current gen consoles, to minimize risk in case people won't immediately switch.

If you have a powerful enough PC (Core i5 3+Ghz upwards), you could also emulate Wii and Gamecube games. That's what I'm currently doing. A bit wonky sometimes, but at least you get high resolutions out there. Either way, excellent choice. Metroid Prime trilogy, Donkey Kong Returns, Metroid Other M, The Last Story and Zelda feel very refreshing to me. However you should think about getting the Premium Pack with 32 GB instead, unless you intend to plug in an external HDD.

Chances are Sony is working on a Demons Souls 2 with some other developer while From Software/Namco are working on Dark Souls 2 or a spiritual successor (new King's Field please?). The chances of the latter getting a PC port is slim, but there.
