Clive Barker's Jericho
Yeah, just bought Road to Hill 30.

Clive Barker's Jericho
There's another game I found on Steam, costs only the half: Brother in Arms: Earned in Blood. How about that? I actually really liked Hell's Highway, so do you think I'll like EiB too? Edit: There's another BiA game: Road to Hillbilly 30. Gets even a higher Metascore. Think I'm gonna buy that one.

Clive Barker's Jericho
I know, I loved Undying. And Yahtzee is a wanker. I prefer an opinion of an Obsidianian.

There is no god.
Well Albania is a Banana state. Anyways, God is a tool, an invention so that the bishops and ancient governors could give the uneducated folks a glimpse of reason for their miserable lives, plus it worked for supressing them to pay their taxes, and so forth. Now, in the 21th Century, were free thinking and the inevitable proof of science and reason precedes our lives in every day, where does in such a world god really deserve a place?

Too Many Delayed Games
Valve isn't the company that just releases the same over the same. Well, they did that with HL2-Ep1-Ep2, but now it's time to do a bit something fresh and innovative to the HL franchise. Whatever takes them so long for Ep3, I hope it shows.

Borderlands
Crap I didn't check out the previous page. Whatever.

Too Many Delayed Games
Ep3 was never delayed, because there was never a releae date announced. And who says the new animation/sign language implementation is for Ep3? Could be for a different game as well.... Anyway, I'm glad Ep3 takes so long, it means that Valve does add something special to it.

Borderlands
Borderlands boxart blows my mind.

Divinity 2
The German version contains English text anyways.

GRIN - maker of GRAW, Bionic Commando etc. Closedown
Well the problem with GRIn was that they were just hired guns. They surived according to contracts, but they never built their own thing, their own IP that would keep them afloat. But then again, it's damn hard these days to survive for non-established studios.

Awesome/interesting games no one has heard of
Okay, so now I played The Last Express demo, and hell, I liked it. There are some real characters for a change. How long is the full version?

Looks interesting. This game isn't by any chance available on Steam? Oh well there are other ways....

Axis in WWII
That too, but what I exactly meant was some... I don't know, yearly commemoration or something like that. From how my teacher phrased it, it came off more like 'blame the germans of today so they feel bad' instead of 'mourn the victims of the past' feel to it. The thing is, our politicians don't have the backbone to acknoweledge the bad stuff that we contributed. The general consent, when Austria 2nd Edition went green-lit in 1955 was that we were ass raped by the Nazis. Which is actualy true, but it also worked the other way around...somehow. And while Germany took all the blame (after all, the regime was governed from Berlin) and they did a great job at processing the past and hunt down every single last Nazi, Austria didn't quite felt the obligation to do this so scrutinizing, because ya know, we were the victim and all that. Maybe in the past 20 years it has become better, with dealing with the past. But that still doesn't change the fact that folks these days still get lied to and are dishonest to each other about the past. Austria lives very comfty on her own big lie. **** it. Edit: Bad grammar today, blame the beer.

What are you playing now
Playing Condemned: Criminal Origins. I thought it's an underrated game, while Condemned 2 was a completely over the top **** game. They basically destroyed everything that made Condemned so tense.

Awesome/interesting games no one has heard of
I absolutely loved Sanitarium. God I wish there was a sequel. One of these old but completely unknown games I actually liked was Robo Rumble. Ass hard, very tactical, but very satisfying when you succeeded at a mission.

Axis in WWII
Germans could have win if they didn't listen to Hitlers inane orders. But...

Axis in WWII
Oh, I think I know what you mean. The processing of the Nazi past. Oh well, I agree, the Germans did a better job there. Well, they always were such...accurate folks. In Austria (as usual), the sit is a bit more twisted (=****ed up). On the one hand, we were supposed to be victims (maybe we were....maybe some were), on the other hands, we produced enough bastards that commited a lot of bad stuff during WW2.

New SW game ideas?
We need a Star Wars game with flying Trabants in it. And Kotor 3.

Axis in WWII
I don't get it, but whatever.

Piranha Bytes RPG teaser site
Good to know there will be a demo prior release.

Axis in WWII
Hitler was a psychopath, a nutsjob. A shame really, Central European countries like Germany and Austria used to be the most civiliced places on earth. But noooo......
-
New SW game ideas?
Not that I miss them. I mean it sucks for them, but I wouldn't want to see LA wasting time on TFU2. Did you know that TFU was initially Kotor 3?

Axis in WWII
America would have just dropped a bunch of nukes on Berlin and that's it - easy solutions a 'la the America way are always the most effective ones.
