Xcom: Chimera Squad arrived on GOG https://www.gog.com/en/game/xcom_chimera_squad Is it worth 7EUR?

Well, I play patfinder since 2012/13 or so? I really do not remember, and I love math, and I have same type of friends. So we kind of enjoy that large walls of numbers And I fully understand, that some people might hate it, but for me D&D5 and PF2 feels kind of numb compared to PF1 and D&D3.5 ... Dunno, maybe something's wrong with me and my friends
-
Not for everyone I love to read Pathfinder 1e rules and implement them for our play sessions
-
I played it approx 2 years ago, and I have enjoyed it. But as you have seen around, it is hit or miss, for me it was big hit
-
They had aggro pulling skills, and I used them extensively during my playthrough. Maybe it was a case, where you maybe did something wrong, while leveling up your tanks. Dunno. The only battle where I had issue with tanking was the battle with Kaoto, and his monks adds, or what was his name... But I have used a lot for deaggro the cleric bubble level 1 or 2 spell (dunno the name)...

It's on my wishlist as well, but the price is not right yet for me, because I have pretty big backlog atm. -

If some game is on GOG and not steam, it most likely means, that the game was broken, and the GOG made some custom made executables, so the game can run on newest OS and HW. A lot of older games, are much better products on GOG, than Steam, and they are working most of the time "out of the box" and older Steam games needs some manual fiddling. Anyway, GOG probably solved my problem, and offered me 77% discount on Mechanicus - Omnisiah Edition, which I will most likely use instead of the NWN2 50% -
Well, that was long before they purchased Activision. With all of the IPs in their hands, they have in some genres almost a monopoly, which can impact very negatively their previous promises...

I am in a same boat, still I am unable to decide if, that price is right... Although NWN2 is almost never on sale... -
THAT'S FORBIDDEN!!!
-
Maybe they finally stop censoring stuff to get more sales from Japan and gaijins like me, to be more competitive again.
-
No one is saying it is bad to do and play something different... Though moving completely away from such type of games is bad... I enjoy these type of games, and I would miss them again, if they would disappear again, like they did after IWD2...
-
It's not, it is just different from other games, I am really tired from the open world stuff like DA:I or Skyrim... So games like PoEs and PF are really nice to play once in a while...
-
Well, even though PoE2 apparently under-performed, I wish this will not stop them to make part 3 in isometric view as well I have enjoyed the games and the setting
-
Well, all indices says to me, that it will not be PoE3. And believe me, my biggest gaming wish at the moment is, that my intuition is wrong about this one...
-
Obsidian. With their purchase, there is no more isometric RPGs planned. That's worse for the game industry as a whole, because Obsidian was one of the very few companies, who could still offer this kind of content
-
Microsoft was one of the companies, who pushed hardest for the microtransactions and lootboxes on their platforms. Acti and EA just rode the wave...

Dopitche...

Do not hope for that. If it is the same, as last Hitman, then you can play in offline mode, but everything you achieve is not stored on your PC, so every new mission starts with nothing. IO after publishing it in that state on GOG, received a big backlash, and instead of fixing it, they rather pulled the game from the store.
-
And it will be an NFT ridden mess

Just finished the Platinum Run of Super Neptunia RPG on my PS4, which became my fastest Platinum Trophy so far (4 days and 17 hours). It really helped, that we had state holidays and the weather was awful and my wife was at work . -

Aaaand Super Neptunia RPG has been finished . The game was pretty enjoyable, although not as much as the mainline games. It was also much less grindy. The story was little bit cheesy, but it had it's bright spots as well . It took me some time to get used to the combat, and how to properly set up the party for each area, to exploit the weaknesses of enemies, but after I got into it, I started to have much more fun with the game. The biggest challenge for me were the Magic Stone Challenges, where I spent a lot of time, because I am not much of a platform player, but it was a nice fresh air in between the typical RPG fetch quests, and I was able to get all 500 of them
