After two weeks break, I was able to again sit in front of my computer and play a game \o/ So back to the Pillars of Eternity. Because I have made silly choice to upscale White March 2, I went back to the vanilla part and entered Twin Elms. Lot of talking and some new quests taken. Hopefully today I can get few more hours as well 🙂

It picked my interest, but lately Koei/Tecmo is getting ****tier and ****tier with their DLC policies

Well, I was talking more about dungeon building design, and less about dungeon encounter design. Of course Kargath of Shattered Halls was better encounter than most of the BRD bosses, but the footprint/ground plan (dunno which word is the correct one) of the SH looks like it was made by my 4 year old niece

Both. I am currently in middle of my forst PoE1 playthrough and I enjoy the game much more than most of the other games, I’ve played In last few years.

The best thing on Classic was Dungeon Design, just compare BRD or Dire Maul to anything inHellfire Peninsula or Achenai Crypts or how it is called... a lot of newer dungeons were while I still played were far far away from what i would say quality design.

I don't know why, but that WotLK statement is just rubbing me very wrong way 😕 Actually I know why. They butchered Naxxramas compared to the vanilla original so much, that our semi casual guild cleared it in 2 days 😢 I've never recovered from that disapointment and quit WoW for good 😞

THE YAKUZA REMASTERED COLLECTION

I am continuing to play Pillars of Eternity 1. I have started Act 3 and moved to Elmshore. To my surprise, I got the pop up to scale the enemies. And I have tried to click on it. The outcome of that click was a upscaled group of Ogre Druid, 4 Ogres and 1 Ogre Matron, which wiped the floor with me faster than I was able to say Meister Proper / Mr. Clean 😛But because I am as stubborn as a mule having a bad day, I decided to not move forward, until I defeat that group. The only way how to get them, was to exploit pathfinding little bit, and then overnuking the druids with my casters. In the end after 45 minutes, the group was finally defeated, and I was able to move forward into the cave, which they were guarding, and approach one of the Bounty targets. To my surprise, the bounty by itself was easy-peasy compared to the fight outside of the cave, and I emerged victorious just after the first pull, without anyone being knocked down. (at least I think so 😛 )
