  1. Don't you "..." me young man! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, well.......you.........................you just....................shut up.
  2. Those were freehand? You soooo, totally own my sorry ass in this area of life.
  3. :D There's one for Vin? Posty!!!
  4. Yes, Sir. Sorry, Sir. Will do, Sir. *salutes*
  5. Linky Looks like it'd take some getting used to, though.
  6. No, no, no......NO. That's again lazy story-line design. Although, they shouldn't be party members, they should still play a vital role in KotOR III. Give them male/female voices (it doesn't matter in the long run if a few people think that they're not the "right" voice), so the main character can interact with them about their agendas. I wouldn't mind if one or both of them die during the course of the game, as long as it's in a blaze of glory, which they clearly deserve. Nothing would be more irritating than reading the first sentence in the opening credits as: "Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic III" "Revan and the Exile died during their campaign in the unknown regions. Now the Republic is at stake blablabla...". <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Agreed. As somebody who likes to weave stories himself, something like what Paladin has suggested would be somehow...unforgivable. Why go through all of that, just to have both characters you played for hours and hours in the first and second games die within the first ten minutes of gameplay? That's just ludicrous, not to mention sort of insulting to the people who came up with both characters and wrote out the scripts in the first place. I like Mesh's idea the most though, it's got an air of KotOR about it that I really like...though a few alterations wouldn't be too bad.
  7. That's...nightmarish. But somehow really interesting too.
  8. Hmmm. Dylan Thomas: 61% Guillermo Coria: 57% Keanu Reeves: 56% Billy Corgan: 49% Weird...no clue who half those people are. The other half...the lower half...I can live with. Time to google.
  9. Hey, Darkside, are those last two drawn free-hand, or was there tracing involved? Not to suggest anything, but I swear I've seen that ghost, from that particular angle, before. If I'm wrong...Sweet! Keep going! I love it!
  10. Don't you "..." me young man!
  11. Key words: Mentally Unstable Not words one usually associates with common sense.
  12. He deserved to be shot...yeah...but not killed. A flesh wound and a long, long hospital stay, coupled with a few massive fines would have sufficed.
  13. The whole quote.
  14. I got screwed. Damn you Dell!!!
  15. Yay! Let the dev slaughter (them slaughtering me) begin!
  16. Mine run great.
  17. Dual cores allow for more processing potential...so you can run one program faster, or a couple simultaneously. That's basically it, I think.
  18. The higher the skill, the tighter the firing reticle, the quicker it focuses. Shot power, I think, depends on both your skill in firearms and the gun itself. I don't think it affects recoil, like on the machine guns, but I'm not sure.
  19. Damn...why only the special forces maps? I've just got the original. ...though I'd probably, during the course of fragging the bajeezus out of some developers, begin ranting and raving about how I can make plot holes too...in their asses. :D (Only kidding...............................no, really, I am.......seriously)

    X-Mas

Not much love for the spirit of Christmas, I see. Every Christmas I've had has been good...but mostly the one where I got a brand spankin' new PS2, and a sweet Yamaha guitar...oh, and games...lots and lots of games.
  21. That'd be recoil. Try semi-auto.
  22. In agreement on the combat, but only ranged was crappy. Melee was sort of enjoyable to me.
  23. Y...you cried? I know the feeling...but that powerful a response is beyond me.
  24. The trial sucks. You create a character and go through the mini-tutorial then to a small space station. You can only go from it to another station (There is the option to fly...but I found the controls to be exceptionally clunky...in all aspects of the game, come to think of it.) and cannot go planet side without first purchasing a monthly subscription... Hell, even Guild Wars let you go to different areas, and progress through the game during your trial...though you started mid-way through, you could still go quite a ways in the story, provided you'd the time necessary to do so. Still...I found the idea of a Star Wars MMO to be entertaining, it's just that the execution was really lackluster.
  25. ::salivates:: I want this...so...so very much. And the create-a-hero thing sounds great! (They're doing it in Battle for Middle Earth II as well)
