Some questions I have about Revan and TSL
Jedi Master D Murda replied to Tyrell's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
the "real sith" i believe we dont know much about yet. the sith that revan and malak were the sith lords for were just dark jedi descendants who followed the sith teachings. i believe revan and malak were true sith lords in the same sense that sidious, dooku and vader were. this is conjecture, but i believe the "real sith" are more direct descendants of the original sith race, whereas malak, revan, and the sith on korriban are the jedi that fell to the dark side and adopted the "real sith" teachings. my interpretation is that originally, revan and malak found the star forge (or atleast information about it) and thats what originally sent them into the outer rim in search of it. but then from kreias comments, revan found something more sinister and decided that this threat was much more dangerous and thus used the star forge to get the galaxy in motion and ready to take on these "true sith". <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Boy I hate the term "Sith". Let's see... I don't believe that the "True Sith" are those who descend from the "Sith species", I guess because they are extinct. What I think is that those who were not raised, so to speak, by the Jedi Code and lived their whole lives adhering to the Sith teachings are "Real Sith" because they were never touched by the Light Side of the Force. Jedi who fall are just Dark Jedi but want to be known as Sith. Let's say if a "True Sith" were to fall, they might be call a light Sith and not a Jedi. Vrook believes that Revan and Malak started to fall before the Mandalorian Wars began and I think I agree. I think Revan learned of the "True Sith" from teachings like holocrons and learned of the Star Forge after when he discovered the Star Map on Dantooine. The Mandalorians attacked and Revan knew they weren't the true enemy "it was there unseen support" (Kavar quote :D ) He decided to use the Mandalorian Wars to convert and then went after the Star Forge because what he was able to convert was not enough. K2's story makes things more complicated. That's what I have been saying many times over. Basically Revan's plans were to "unify" the Republic because the Jedi of this time much like the ones in the PT are arrogant, ****y and would rather debate and discuss. This was obviously detrimental to his plan's so he had to fall in order to get ready for the REAL war to come. Unforutnately Revan got captured and his mind wipe, which he didn't calculate and dum dum Malak went destroying everything Revan worked so hard to build. Revan's memories come back and the Republic is in basically in no shape to fight so he takes the fight to the True Sith. Yeah, Carth says that on Telos. I mentioned it in my pre K2 theory. Basically the "True Sith" wanted to weaken the Republic and used the weak minded Mandalorians to do so. Then Malak continues to do so but isn't aware of the stupidness he is doing. -

Have you broken in to the Czerka mainframe yet? After that, the Ithorian leader will tell you about Bao-Dur and will give you a secret transport to the restoration zone. You'll meet the two criminals shortly after that. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think that might only be for the first time, after that you might never see them again. -

Beats me. Might only be for PC. -
I agree with you there, the whole going after the "True Sith" was very lousy in my opinion. Before K2 I stated a theory that the Sith that came to the Mandalorians with the "offer" were Nihilus, Sion and Kreia but nope it's the "True Sith". Then it makes me wonder what were Kreia and company if not Sith? And also are these "True Sith" force users that use lightsabers and what about Revan and Malak, I guess they weren't Sith but just fallen Jedi. The term "Sith" is something that confuses me in the Star Wars universe, especially in the EU. I hope George has Palps tell of their past in Ep 3. I was thinking the same thing. Something like the Sonic/Shadow games. I think it could work out. Revan fighting here then you switch to the Exile fighting here and when they come together you choose who you want to be your primary. But a lot of people say they need to use Revan and the Exile in K3 as the heros and no new character yet some complain about how it would be cheesy if you had to start them from lvl 1 again. I have absolutely no problem taking in something cheesy if it means that Revan and the Exile start from lvl 1 again. I have to disagree with you there. I may be wrong but I believe K2 had basically absolutely nothing to do with what went on in K1. I've played K2 many times and when I always step back and analyze the story of K2 K1 was brushed off and not significant at all. K2 was more about what went on before K1. The Mandalorian Wars this and the Mandalorian Wars that and the Jedi Civil War this and the Jedi Civil War that before Revan was mind wiped. But whenever it talked about the Jedi Civil War it's only about when Revan and Malak came back to the Republic to take it over or unify it <_< . Whenever they did mention K1 it was like: Kreia- "Revan was captured by the Jedi. He escaped to finish off Malak" and that's it. There is no mention of Revan's mission of finding the Star Maps or anything about the Star Forge except I have so much more to add to that but I think I said enough :">

Special Robes... again.
Jedi Master D Murda replied to Jedi Master D Murda's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Are you color blind or something!? They are the same robe! It's just the lightning that makes the color look slightly different <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually they are not the same, If you look at the First set of robes the peice under the cape is a light colour compaired to the cape, where as in the second picture the peice under the cape is the same colour as the cape. Even with the lighting difference those two peices should be different colours. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Look they are the same get over it The only other robe it could be is the Jolie robe which is green and it isnt green. I have looked at every robe that is in the game through modding it. The color looks slightly different because of the light. The first one is from Onderon and the robe gets extra light from saber, the other is from Dxun where it is dark.... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They can't be the same. I wore the padawan robe on Dxun in that same exact spot like the screenshot but it was still brown and not olive green. I don't think they are the same. And good point Stargate, how can you not see that envida? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ok Ok If it is olive green then it's Joliee's robe that one is green. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What makes you think that they are Jolee's Robes? <-- Asking in an unmean way. -
If you read the comics you will find that not only did the sith offer but the mandalorians accepted thier offer. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well that's kinda obvious from what he says in K1 But what comics are you referring to, the chronicles or something?

Concerning Bastila and the T3 recording
Jedi Master D Murda replied to Darth Jebus's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Yeah, I remember somebody else saying that. Little things like that irk me man. In any event, Bastila did not have DS jedi robes in the tomb <_< <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It looks to me that she was wearing one of the Baran Do robes. -

Special HK-47 Feat: Droid Interface
Jedi Master D Murda replied to QQQ's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
The only way to get HK up and running before Narshadaa is to go around and buy peices off of droid stores, though I have never done it before so I am not sure if you can get him up and running without completing Nar Shadaa first (which of course means you can't install the parts since only the PC can do that). But IF you can buy all the parts before you visit Nar Shadaa then I would think that GOTO's ship would be the only place were you would be able to use the feat mentioned in the first post. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You can, I have done it about 2 or 3 times. I would go to Onderon then Dantooine then obviously Onderon again and then Nar Shaddaa and I am able to buy the Chassis from Kodin. I freaked out when I did that but it's not really all that special. But like I said I will have to try it. -

Heh, I responded on that topic LOL I don't think it has to with how many times you have played the game, if that were the case I would have had all of those robes by now. -
Third piece of the voice imprint code? Could you be more specific. Maybe you are at the part with the HK50 droid?

Special HK-47 Feat: Droid Interface
Jedi Master D Murda replied to QQQ's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
The only place I can think that this might have a chance to be used is on GOTO's ship where you have to talk to the droids to get the codes/programs to unlock and shut down the ships systems. But if you have either T3 or Boa-dur in your party whats the point of using HK for this? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'll have to try that because I am able to get HK on Nar Shaddaa without cheating. -
Canceled. Eh, I suppose one could view it that way. I'm not at all disagreeing with that, but how "they" worded it was more of: "It is currently not being worked on at this time." ...as LucasArts made a few employee cut backs. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It all comes down to POV's. "It's currently not being worked on at this time" or in other words it has been postponed and will be worked on later. LOL Thanks crazy joe

Where did the game go bad
Jedi Master D Murda replied to PhantomJedi's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion

Concerning Bastila and the T3 recording
Jedi Master D Murda replied to Darth Jebus's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Good set of questions Jebus. As I understand from the T3 video, Revan hasn't left Bastila just yet. She knows that Revan is going to leave soon and she knows that T3 is going with him, she stores a message in T3, so that when Revan does leave T3 will come to find her, or someone else, to rescue Revan because Bastila doesn't feel Revan can handle the "True Sith" by himself. Things playout as Bastila knew it would but instead of T3 seeking out Bastila he sought out the Exile because he knew of war and what needed to be done to get things done. Since the Jedi scattered it might have been hard to find Bastila plus Revan probably sought out the Exile as well and told T3 not to find Bastila because he wanted to protect her. T3 knew about you, as everyone in the game did, because of that pretentious schutta Atris. She leaked out info about you so as soon as T3 knew about you it was just a matter of finding you. I have to agree with with the ending. Seeing Bastila there was great but didn't make much sense. She didn't even say: "Hey Exile do you have my T3 droid, do you mind if I talk to him for a quick sec" or something to that degree. Don't even get me started on the Carth video which made even less sense when you actually meet him and he doesn't ask for T3. -
Force enlightenment isn't all that bad. Add that with Master Force Barrier you can barely be scratched, and that's with a consular

Canderous and his stories were really cool especially the whole mystery of him saying that the Sith came to the Mandalorians with an offer to fight the Republic, which turns out to be somewhat pivotal in the plot for K2 and quite possibly K3. Mandalore on the other hand was ok, his story of what happened to Revan, both light and dark, were cool but could have been given more detail so that they could have been better.

Even though the random loot is... random, I think it might have to do with leveling and location. After I reach, I believe lvl 24, I am able to get Jedi and Dark Jedi Knight Robes but not before. But I can be absolutely wrong.
