  1. Oh yeah, right. Heh... spraypaint then.
  2. Droids can use swords? Really?
  3. Before you get the saber it is.
  4. Mandalore died at Malachor. AFAIR only the survivors and the Ravager were ever pulled away from that place. How could the armor survive? I thought his suit was a completely different one. I don't think I'd want a suit somebody died in btw, it'd probably be a bit hacked up.
  5. Chronicles have quite a number of discrepancies....
  6. I never took Kreia before my last playthrough. She'll cut through them like nothing, I'm not joking. Also take Mira or Atton. Mira was my best shot, could unlock stuff, and she didn't set off mines. The fact that there is some hundred mines on the ship is reason enough to take her. It makes everything SO much easier.
  7. I do it for darkside often as it pulls away from association with the Jedi. You never see a lightsaber feared more than the user do you? I've never heard stories of a lightsaber so powerful that the ground shook when it was drawn, or it corrupting even the wise.
  8. Odd, for me Mira was my best gunner... I definitely loved Atton more as a gunner.
  9. Meh. They polished up the animations, but to me it just doesn't work with me. That and I'm usually pretty conservative in Kotor. Single blader with Dex boosts all day. I r teh lame. Maybe.
  10. OK then. I think that Kotor 3 should have alien PCs! That would be sooo awesome guys. Oh oh, I also want triple bladed lightsabers, 2 of them. That would own. I would own you all. I also think that good should have halos and evil should have horns. I also want more love, this is Star Wars, where is my twin to love on?
  11. In the first game I'd have agreed with you, but in this one I can't. The crystals and insanely high amounts of damage added with how easy it is to block and boost stats in this game make single a lot more worthy.
  12. you win. game over. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Repeat myself again. Game over. Facts are facts. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> To the both of you: I already corrected myself on the obvious error. However I'm talking about the references to what the future holds in Kotor. Kreia wasn't talking about a Sith species, she said SPECIFICALLY that the Sith is a BELIEF. So I'm sorry buds, but until you find something that contradicts that and says that the Sith she's speaking of are the species, YOU lose. Sorry. I find it hard to grasp letting the context go ccompletely over your heads when it is a line said specificially instead of dodged about with doublespeak.
  13. A build common amongst noobs maybe, but a challenge still.
  14. This game like the last one has a very poor implementation of good and evil. While in both games you can destablize planets, you do it in such a thugish merc esque way that it almost makes me sick. You're supposed to be compared to great Sith Lords, but you beat up guys for money? WOW, pathetic. That's why in Kotor, I usually go light. Always play the dark ending a couple of times just for the sake of knowing, but light for me in Kotor. Actually I think the only game I have gone dark and loved the dark ending was Jedi Academy.
  15. T3 has a much more interesting story and more to offer. I think G0-T0 can get those people looking to collect a bounty off of your back, but I wouldn't know. I have NEVER once used the thing. Oh yeah, he doesn't set off mines.
  16. If the points are pumped into dex and the finesse feat is used, then the player can do so. However I don't think it was mentioned, so you are within bounds. Tried this build a bit earlier. Killing machine indeed, but I couldn't stand getting shot at so much, so I scrapped it after Peragus. Even with my shields on, I'm used to dodging.
  17. Not new, but a great scene. He tries to oust the old bat, and she basically tells him to go back to tinkering with his machines, and continue to be loyal until it is his time to die right?
  18. They think you are siphoning and feeding off of your allies and enemies like these new Sith are. That's not completely true, but they still thought it bad enough to where they needed you cut off. Another reason is that since you are like a beacon to the Sith, they would come after you. Their presense is masked by the places they hid, but yours was painfully obvious because they could feel that echo, and at the same time feel the force that you were connected to by your force bonds. They thought it was bad having people with you as you continued making force bonds with every single one of them without their knowledge or even yours. For this they followed you with a very very great devotion, and they thought it would be destined then that more walk your path. They woudln't allow it. Basically they're a bunch of huffed up, hypocritical morons that couldn't accept the truth. Like with Atris, reason enough that their teachings much be ended.
  19. Er... a consular that took enough out of str and poured into whatever else probably won't be trying to hit. Unless of course they put it in dex, where they CAN still get modifiers and chance to hit with finesse. But honestly, if a Consular only has 10 str, he's going to use breach and abuse storm.
  20. Doesn't make sense no, but it was a very cool scene. Switch them with um.... mining droids?
  21. Single. While it may not look as cool as the fighting animations of dual sabers, I love it. It's the trickiest, easiest to master, it's just versatile. Also, since I abuse dex rather than strength, it's much better for me. Also despite having two lightsabers for upgrading, I've been told by somebody who dug deep deep in mechanics that double bladed in the best. Anybody think they could look that up?
  22. Remember Freedon Nadd's tomb? They were there too.
  23. Well my lack of knowledge on EU left me blank on the Sith from Korriban being a species, rather than just a bunch of fallen Jedi. However... the Dark Lords of the Sith, the antithesis to the Jedi order.. they are the Sith she was talking about. The ancient Sith Lords on Korriban were followers of this ideal, not their species. The species didn't have the goal, the species didn't invent this ideal. The ones who enslaved them did. That's what she meant. PERHAPS the blood still exists, but we were led to believe that they were wiped out by the Jedi and the Republic. However not all of the fallen Jedi could have gone to Korriban. The True Sith empire she speaks of could very well be a completely different group that was simply and purely the Dark Jedi that fell so long ago, and took on the Sith title like their counterparts on Korriban. Xard, boring maybe, but I'm just trying to counter speculation with speculation. Better than putting another wishlist for Kotor 3 I think.
  24. Fair enough, Sith is a species. The TRUE SITH are not a species however. That still stands. The Sith Kreia spoke of before she died wasn't the species. It couldn't be as just a moment before she said that the Sith is merely a belief, and the ones you fought were not of that caste.
  25. Meh, you only get so many recasts with wisdom scores that low. Also, what difficult is it at? I could hardly keep track of the final fights on Difficult. I know a simple recast or resetting a shield is a big deal. Another thing I suppose is the problem is we like to play mechanics. The game wasn't as difficult as it should have been. If it were, I don't think such a build would work. The worst caster was Kreia, and she was pretty poor at it.
