  1. I don't really cry, I just get really self destructive. You know now that I think about it, whenever i get overly emotional on things I get a whole mixture of anger, sadness, happiness, love, joy, hate and the lot all at once. No wonder I so screwed up.
  2. Its one of my irrational hates, Surrep, and I'll leave it at that.
  3. Lets just say I have a deep hatred for the man and if I ever find out who he is I will kill him.
  4. Genetic abberations isn't that far off base. We already have people who have a genetic disorder that if they go out into sunlight they get immediately burned within minutes of exposure.

  7. Yes, I know my stuff. I know my stuff quite well. Unfortunately I have been the only one who has known my stuff for a very long time.
  8. Thi way yu can get away fromt he supernatural aspects of vampirism which have gotten pretty dull.
  9. I can see a vampire type critter in a post apocalyptic setting. Due to a mutation a splinter group of humans are born with the need to feast on blood. Naturally they develop fangs and possible a neurotoxin poison sacs to help faciliate the subduing of prey.
  10. Foxtrot is good and sometimes a little creepy.
  11. Why is everyone agreeing with me all of a sudden? IT'S NOT NATURAL!

  15. Non Sequitor, Dilbert, and Get Fuzzy are humorous.
  16. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK! *runs and hides*
  17. Not as much as a Vampire game. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> A post apocalyptic role playing game with vampires! :D
  18. I consider Buffy and Angel as fantasy. Horror can be a subgenre of Fantasy, if the horror aspects are caused by supernatural entities such as vampires, ghosts, and the like or a subgenre of drama if the horror comes from a more mundane source such as man's inhumanity to man.
  19. It starts dring the dark ages then it progresses to modern times, using the same character.
  20. Oh yes, we must have that obligatory werewolf remark. Oh yes we do.
  21. Alone I am and alone I shall always be.
  22. If that is how you wish to see it, then be my guest. I prefer the more analytical approach in defining genre.
  23. Wrong again eldar. Its not about any element, but elements that could not possibly exist without a supernatural or magical base. Werewolves are part of fantasy, and stretches into horror in how it is depicted. The aspects of Star Trek are theoretical and during the day it was first envision, was a technologically a possibility while supernatural vampires are impossible to exist. The problems with many science fiction novels and stories is that they focus too much on the fiction and not enough on the science, but that is a different discussion altogether. Bottomline if a game, novel, movie, or whatever has supernatural elements that are an impossibility it is fantasy. How that fantasy is portrayed, may that emphasis be generic, horror, romance, space opera, whatever does not change the fact that it is still fantasy.
  24. I think that it escapes Darque that when you place the supernatural in a game it automatically becomes fantasy regardless if it has modern aspects to it.
