Actually you need three. They are great for door jams, and if you have 3 you have a portable ladder. Also they are fun to place infront of you, invisible, when someone decides to do a charge attack.

In one of my campaigns I set up a minotaur empire that the only minotaurs were male due to a curse and they had to use women from other species to reproduce, but they were a matriarchal society. One of the more complex xultures I put together. The Mandalorians are similar, minus the matriarchal content.
