Um... no. At least in the PnP games I play my character is mostly seeking to save him or herself which sometimes fails to do. As for CRPGs it is part f the cours that youhave to save the world but it is getting tiresome.

I don't. I don't want to be the chosen one. Most of my characters that I play are just normal folk trying to survive in a world not of their own making.

I prefer a balance of combat and role play story in a CRPG, but combat is an important aspect of the CRPG, so it needs to be really good which is rare nowadays.

Its about bloody time that someone puts them in their place. Man, I am glad we don't have that sort of crap here in the US.

Well, have you noticed that there aren't any children in the game. You character was a child killer but since you ran out of children to kill you decide to SAVE THE WORLD!

I am downloading an updated mod for Oblivion and man I can't believe the speed of the download. I remember a time when 128 megs took hours, if not a day or more, to download. Now I can do it under 3 minutes.
