Got it; I will have to experiment with Psion in turn-based and see how much he recovers. As for Cipher/Ranger, if the Focus generation is decent, I might pick that combination over Cipher/Ranger I am currently using. Cipher/Ranger does very good DPS once you get Driving Flight, but I want a bit more utility. One more CIpher question: Is it worth taking the level-up that gives you more max Focus? At least as a Cipher/Ranger, I don't seem have a trouble generating enough Focus; so I feel like I've wasted a level-up.

Thanks for the oodles of info, as usual. Too late for me to opt for a different armor, as I've already went heavy into Intimidate and enchanted the Casita's armor to Legendary. But I did just grab Cadhu Scalth - and that's one reason why my Deflection is sky-high at the moment. Since my tank is part-time DPS as a Riposte bot, my Accuracy is tanking a bit with heavy shield though. And yes, I already have the Bracers of Greater Deflection! Yup. I have Vigorous Defense. But it doesn't seem to stack with Circle of Protection or Moonwell?

Can you gain Focus with Invocations? This sounds attractive, but can Paladin generate focus as well as other "DPS" classes such as Ranger, Monk, or Rogue?

So the numbers look better than I expected: I can get over 200 with an un-optimized (that is, non-MC) Fighter/Rogue at level 14 already for an extended period. Escape is the big one, as it adds a whopping 50. I assume 250 or so is possible for the duration of most fights at level 20, with Ancestory's Memory and Salvation of Time indefinitely extending Escape? Or does Escape never extend beyond 1 turn, regardless of what tricks you pull off? Edit: Suffice to say, no Deflection-based attacks hit him, and there are very few Grazes - even in turn-based with boosted Graze chance - at these numbers.

Update, I stole a Kraken's Eye from Port Maje, but it doesn't seem able to upgrade anything? Is it bugged in some games?

Got it. But all of them are difficult to acquire, as FS and SSS must be difficult to complete. I didn't know about Kraken Eyes and Ashen Maw stuff though! In particular, I am going to try to find Kraken Eyes from Kraken's Eye tavern!

How is the new crossbow (or was it arbalest?) from FS that fires multiple projectiles? Can it compete with Frostseeker in terms of AoE DPS? Even if it could, I guess you get it too late for it to matter?

Frostseeker is utterly insane. I thought of it as a transition weapon until I get Saint Omaku's on my Cipher/Ranger. But against large groups (and most of the game is against large groups), it is just a light show. Edit: I really wish that changing weapons for free would be a universal lvel-up

Down to 50k now at level 12. Big dilemma is whether to make Karaboru legendary or keep at exceptional. Ultimately it comes down to whether I'd want Karaboru or the Sanguine Great Sword as the main weapon on my MC. I still can't decide...

100k-plus at level 11. So I have 12 percent crit rate already! And yeah, people seem to not think RnG is "random" - for instance, you see complaints about the RnG "cheating" on the Battle Brothers forum every day!

Would Combusting Wounds have the same efficacy in turn-based, too?

I guess I read people saying that they don't know if it's working or not. I recall reading these things 2 years ago though.

15 percent crit chance when you have over 200k seems very good, but several posters in various places say they can't be sure if it's working properly as advertised?
