  2. As far as I know we are keeping it the same.
  3. Technically Force Jump was a move. It was able to cause stun damage to the creatures around where you landed. Doing an action immediately after would be giving the player a free round.
  4. As I mentioned in another thread I think this is highly likely to happen. It explains the 10th character slot which depends on alignment, gender and class (you get an apprentice appropiate to your choice of prestege class). It has also been mentioned that the teacher/student relationship theme will be central to TSL. *ding* *ding*
  5. The camera was rarely on the PC during their response, so haveing them animated would be a waste. As far as "intimidating" people with gestures, you can intimidate them using words and you can just use your imagination as to what your character does (since it happens off camera anyway).
  6. 1) We're exploring this idea. 2) The color will still be based on what crystal you have in the hilt. What color crystals you find, however.... 3) The possibility of making the PC different races was explored, but in the time-frame we have, it just wasn't feasible. 4) That would be one huge mini-game that would take a ton of resources to complete. And honestly, in my opinion, for not much payoff. 5) They're responses were based on your experience level in KOTOR1. This was used so the party NPC quests were spaced out over the entire game. As far as I know it's going to be this way in KOTOR2. We don't want to show you all our cards on the first planet, do we? 6) Everquest is a mmorpg with thousands of people playing. Unique looks are more of a necessity than a feature. We're sprucing up the models for KOTOR2 and adding more heads as well as new armor. You should be able to make yourself look plenty cool. 7) Um, no. Battles were (and are) limited to what the hardware can handle. There are ways to work around this, but don't expect anything on the scale of Ep2. 9) Everything in KOTOR2 will be better! BETTER I SAY!! MUHAHAHAHA! 10) Ah, but how many times did you play it? 11) I think this has been addressed in other posts.
  7. We are trying to create more dark side options so you don't have to be "psychotic evil".
  8. We are trying to spruce up the traveling that goes on between different areas of the planet (not just walking and elevators). As far as your emotes suggestion, the character should be animated based on what is being said. I.E. if someone is threatening you, they will be making threatening gestures and such.
  9. 1) If you mean have we created / designed all of the planets and major NPCs that are going to be in the game, yes. But there's always the chance we might change our minds 2) We're way past adding more party NPCs. As it stands we have several different races as NPCs. 3) We are trying to make the NPCs a bigger part of the quests. 4) Done. 5) The worlds will have planet-to-planet reactive aspects, just as in KOTOR1. 6) See 5. 7) Yes we've considered it.
  10. I'd love to do a Shadowrun game. I love the PnP and it makes for some interesting creative possibilities.
