You can't get influence with NPC's who are never in your party, you can only go about doing things that set your story in motion, i believe through out the conversatoin is Atris you are given 2-3 possible directions that you can take with her, but in the end the only thing that changes is if you kill her or not so its nothing big to care about.

There's a vampire RPG that runs just like Kotor, jadeempire, neverwinter nights for the pc... PC > ps2> nintendo > Xbox thats about how it is for RPGS as far as next gen goes - lucasarts are making 2 next gen games one for Nintendo Wii that will use the control as your lightsaber, as one for the ps3 not sure if its a RPG though. Alot of RPGS are coming out for those 2, the new zelda is going to be amazing, and as far as you not being a gamer because you can't hit the buttons with out looking at them ? umm that comes in time, most of us have most likely been playing console games since the first Nintendo came out, some before that on Atari.

Now, obviously the blade itself can't really be a photon based laser. First of all, that wouldn't just stop after a few feet, and secondly it would pass through everything, so it wouldn't make much of a sword. I was thinking more along the lines of the blade being a superheated plasma contained by a strong magnetic field in just the right shape. That would both be hot enough to burn through pretty much anything, and if would 'stop' if it hit another light saber. And depending on the material you make your plasma out of, you can select the color. Of course, this doesn't quite solve the problem of power supply. The saber handle would need to provide power for a relatively huge magnetic field to contain the plasma, and it would also need to provide the energy to heat the plasma. The only thing I can think of off the top of my head would be some sort of peanut-sized fusion reactor. Then the reactor could provide the plasma and the energy at the same time. I guess for this scenario we'd have to assume that people in a galaxy far far way are badasses when it comes to electromagnetism and would be able to counteract field fluctuations and cancellations. If the device could detect a rapid weakening of the field at some point on the blade, then perhaps it could quickly reverse the direction of the containment field to halt the cancellation effect. Of course, both the light sabers touching each other would attempt this field reversal, necessitating more reversals to keep the fields from cancelling. Now, making the assumption that these reversals would happen very quickly, they would probably make the air molecules in the vicinity vibrate back and forth, producing sound and giving us that characteristic light saber crackle. Oh snap! I think I just reached a whole new plane of nerdiness. Sweet. Hawking radiation is (in theory) the only radiation a black hole can 'emit'. Basically virtual particle-antiparticle pairs are brought into existence by weird timespace curvature at the event horizon. The energy to create these particles comes from the black hole, effectively shrinking it by some small amount. Large black holes are stable, though, as they suck in more energy than they send out. Small ones, however, shrink until they literally evaporate. Unfortunately we'd need super small black holes to fit into a light saber handle, and those would decay very quickly and release huge amounts of energy in that time (>> atomic bomb).

I guess some of you guys are to young to remeber the games way back on the super NES, the movie games, but come on you forgot Shadows of the Empire, that was by far one of the best n64 games. You got to destroy something that seemed like the death star, by flying the falcon into it episode 6 style sigh, this bored fills up with more and more idiots everyday.

I say we start off as a child hear the storys go and train as a youngling and chose our path as we grow up, create our problems, from the start, not play a game as a result of something we did in the past.

look at it this way, both are way to overpowered and well the exile story is kinda ehh lame and he needs to die. Oh I lost my connection to the force, but it was taken from me, I let those bastards do it. In the game you take hit after hit from light sabers and keep going, the game would get boring if it was like the movies and everyone died from one blaster shot or one hit from a light saber but oh well i still play both games, even though KoToR 2, rubed me the wrong way. The first game seemed huge, the CGI scenes were great, i felt like i was really doing something that effected millions, KoToR seemed like at most 16 people would be effected, and the CGI cut scenes just blew, at times I thought I could do better. It wasn't Untill I found out what happend, and the ending that was suppose to be put into the game, then it all made a bit more sense. I still think they should both be dead, and the game takes place 1000 years later. Some great true sith, sith is a belief, the real sith are long dead. I think the threat reven went to find should be long gone, but what he does find are artifacts of the true sith that further make him fall to the darkside, to the point he can't control his actions, and when the exile finds him, his lack of connection to the force, links him to reven, killing them both nearly, to the point that the force darkside, and the"truth sith" control both. If they are in the game, i want them to be shadows of something they once were. I want to be able to chose what i am. Come on a black, white haired version of Yoda would be awsome. Darkside Yoda, I forget what he is sorry. As well as I want see what the darkside does to my body, i want my body to really show the effect of how far I have fallen. Not just white eyes grey hair, and grey skin. If i take a big hit some where in the game, I want to lose a hand, arm, limb, and have it replaced with at this time the best robotics can offer, may that hand look like something out of T2 thats fine with me. I want to be able to pull up the hood of my robe, I want a mask that just dosn't cover my jaw and eyes, I want choices, not to be lead down a path that is suppose to have choices that really dosn't effect the game that much down the road.... If I go darkside i want fallowers, I want to train some one, i want that person to want to kill me, only to well have a lightsaber pushed through their face. I wish KoToR3 had a charecter creater alot like Galexy's. I don't want every single lightsaber in the game to look alike, i want mine to be mine, something different, i want to devlop a since of worth to my saber not something i can just replace. This lightsaber is mine, there are many like it but this one is mine. Lots of wants, lots of hopes, but I donbt the game is ever made after the layoffs that just happend. oh well, I'll continue with my fanfics.

Well Kun's ghost isn't known about till after luke restarts the order so that wouldn't work. Becaues for him to train you it would then be known that he is there in spirt atleast. IMO the entire game would take place in the unknown region. Both reven and Exile are dead and you must take up the fight that they started out there.

Ehh I always liked the double bladed, "Exar Kun" but yeah for the game 2 singles is your best bet, but its just not pratical outside the game iand inside the world of star wars lol stupied company
