I really liked Felicity in the first 2 seasons of Arrow. Her shyness and genuine nerdiness made her attractive to me. She always modeled 3 or 4 different dresses per episode, wore glasses and sported a poneytail. Now they flipped her character into sorta a b!tc# and she's not very likable, imo. I understand that they want to develop her character but I feel like they've gone into the wrong direction with it. Gotham really showed the opposite with Barbara Keen and developed her into a beautiful villain, the right way. Who are my most favorite girls in Arrowverse? Hmmm. I had a softspot for Sam aka Reign and even though I disliked Melissa Benoist as Supergirl at first (probably because she didn't look or act like Laura Vandervoort) but now I've flourished a huge crush on her as a character. But yeah, back to Arrow lol... I really miss Team A, Prometheus showed just how much Team B sucks - hence why Oliver had to work with past villains to attempt to bring him down. Prometheus is so much cooler than Diaz and whenever I see Diaz, I can't help but see him as the guy in the tank on The Walking Dead. Fun fact: Dinah Drake was ALSO on The Walking Dead but she is more memorable on Arrow, of course 2:33 - Watch Diaz tell Rick off 3:16 - A wild Dinah appears Oh And BRING BACK the redhead hacker who's a nod to Barbara Gordon I don't care for Wild Dog, Mr. Terrific, the Emerald Archer or alot if the newer characters. Like I said, Team A was just so much better in terms of likability.

You sound way too sure of yourself, considering what little info you have (not any more than the rest of us). None of the info suggests it won't be Titanfall 3, the other Titanfall project could very well be Titanfall 3 without being called "Titanfall 3".
-
I don't think you could be any more wrong, if they're making a full multi-player focused game, chances are they will be (or already are) working on a single player Titanfall experience. Besides that, they know Titanfall is laregly successful, we'd be foolish to think that this new game would by any means replace Titanfall as a whole. The single player portion of the TF2 Was the most praised, obviously so there's that. I see this game more as what Ubisoft are doing with Skull & Bones. They are taking one core aspect and building it off into a totally different game. I expect a Titanfall 3 (or Titanfall whatever) game within a couple years. I didn't think devs would literally have to come out and say "We are going to do this" when consumers should know by now that devs can't talk about or announce things before they happen.

The Lunar Steam sale is live and they have a neat little piggy system for this one lol

Lego games dev (Tt Games) says: "Hold my beer" The main issue with RDR2 is that Rockstar doesn't reward you for your hardwork.. You get an outfit for some stuff such as hunting legendary animals - and the game's outfits aren't very nice tbh. I found making my own outfit/style from the fashion store in San Denis was better looking than ajy of the outfits from San Denis. Money and a telegram for other hard to find strings. At least Lego games reward you heavily for putting in 250 hours to find every gold brick, unlock every red brick and collect anything else in whatever game it is.

It looks good but I'm not sure why many members here think that AAA FPS and Battle Royale games are bad? Are they bad just because it's the new thing, the new COD? I understand that nobody likes micro-transactions but seems like FPS has always been and always will be the most popular games in the industry, as well as in bringing in the most money, and it's not because people are dumb and don't know what to buy lol This coming from someone who barely plays fps anymore. I'm getting old, my reflexes aren't what they used to be but I'm not gonna hold that against a genre or lack of, rather.

I think he meant PS exclusive titles but those always go on sale, or is god of war not equal to zelders just because nostalgic boot?

I'm continuing my AC Odyseey journey, suddenly the game turns into a bit Dragon's Dogma with some Giants and other mythological creatures. More Shadow Of Mordor characteristics with it's war skirmishes and then more Dragon's Dogma with it's on ship/off ship companions via naval warfare and ship crew command technicals. Having a horse can be a problem because it's only a bit faster than running and NOT faster than animals like wolves or lions. Still, it's better than having a fast horse that runs into walls ala RDR2. Mercenaries are always on my back making my Odyseey much harder than it needs to be lol but I suppose that's what happens when you don't want to pay the bounty off or kill the sponsors/convince them to cancel. I like how you can recruit people that you almost kill, to be part of your vessel's crew. Brings a sense of freedom. The abilities are really starting to remind me of Dragon's Dogma as well. Split shot, spread shot, multi-shot and more than one shot but I want a rapid shot ability. ACE COMBAT 7 You are part of the "MAGE" squad. At the end of the game you must face me, SuperSONICmage.

Poster of the quoted post is a good person, in any definition of "Good" that poster of the quoted post deems as "Good".Sure, that's only because he attempted to insult me, had he said something nice about me or in defense on my behalf, he'd be as low as me in your eyes, I'm sure but keep in mind that you and Majek supposedly blocked me and still can't help but write poor troll comments in attempt to dig your nails in. Kicking down Sonic is the Lord's work, right? Lol Anyway, Don't mind me, just some more irrelevant, unrelated non-gaming news/spam https://youtu.be/2GmOU_0Ta6A Crash Team gameplay trailer https://youtu.be/B3M1GJaYN24 Your free PS+ games have arrived!

It really depends on the motives of why devs/publishers are trying new things/genres out of their comfort zone. For example, AAA Guerilla going from futuristic dystopian FPS in Killzone to ancient and colourful third person open world in Horizon Zero Dawn. Indie dev Supergiant going from Arpg to Visual Novel is another example.

I see the obsession with somehow insulting me isn't over, we still have trolls to feed, to the Minotaur!!! But really, must I become the main subject of every thread?

Nearing 40 hours, level 21 with Cassandra. I've uncovered half the map, done all the base tasks in Atticka and the starting island and a couple small islands. I have 2 legendary outfits, one from looting different places and the other from hurting some of the Cosmos. The Nightmare difficulty spiked at about level 18, I'd say. On level 20, I did a base run in Antifa and well, it was hell lol Something like 1 general, 2 captains, 4 supplies to burn and 3 treasure chests bit to add to that, I was maxed in merc toil so 4 mercenaries came to try to kill me. As you can imagine, frame drops became apparent.

See folks? It pays for gamers to get angry and speak out. Similar thing is going on with other devs/publishers who did the Epic excluvity deal. We pretty much knew this was going to happen though.

Same for me, I'm on everything but Steam will always be my go to for pc gaming. Nothing will match it social aspect, which let's face it, is just as important in games as storywriting and gameplay. Plus, Steam having the biggest, most diverse and versatile catalog puts it even more on the forefront for me, rather than having a catalog that only caters to specific demographic. Seems like the Game News thread has turnwd into yet another Steam vs World thread, not uncommon but we can repeat our likes and dislikes for the 100th time I suppose

I laugh every time someone says the gaming industry had any type of golden era, or that AAA titles are in some way worse now than they ever were when they were growing up. Add to that, those who complain about Steam having drm but in their ignorance, game on modern console, not realizing that they are 100% supporting drm by owning a console of this gen or the last. The worst I have to do is go into the local files change property settings on a few Steam games or disable high dpi output. I've had to do this for games on GoG/Origin as well though. It's not really worth complaining about because once you do it, you never have to worry about doing it again. I remember people saying on forums that games with Denuvo don't allow you to mod the game or modify the contents of the game anyhow, yet every game with Denuvo has mods
-
You don't. Unless you're talking about Ubisoft games, which you can start on Uplay without Steam even being open anyway. Otherwise, never had to go through any additional programs to start a game.
-
It's not hard to install it and what not but people understandably, do not want 100 launchers on their systems, they also want the social aspect (achievements, sharing screenshots, badges, etc.)

I'm not sure how that's oddly derivitive but I saw it more as Agent Smiles giving nod to Chang Tzu more than anything else. This comes from Teen Titans/Wonder Woman Linda Carter era lore, the Egg who got fried came back with machine guns to try to kill everyone and conquer the world... Of course he didn't. I want more eggy villains, they are never bad.

It's really no different from their take on the sea with Sunless Sea. A player would have lied if they said they knew what to expect on the 12th full playthrough - as every full playthrough is vastly different, even if you played all 12 the same exact way. Both games are truly amazing, you see as well as the mobile game Fallen London of which they bred from, and that mobile game was simplified/casualized to hell and back and yet still a better rpg than Baldurs Gate 1&2 and even more challenging. I remember, I was the one who raved about Sunless Sea awhile back when comparimg ship battles/naval stories to Deadfire (se people didn't particularly like that here due to Deadfire just coming out and being all the hype at the time) Sunless Sea being one of my all time fav games and one of the best rpg experiences ever made, now my fruits are coming to, well... fruition with the realization that my enemies could possibly enjoy something I backed and was actively a part of thanks to the feedback forums. You're welcome Edit: p.s If you like Sunless Skies, check out Zubmiriner the Sunless Sea expansion pack which gives you the ability to transform your Zhip into a Zubmarine via Mortal Engines technology, there you will find and battle Cthulhu himself - but can you win?

Far Cry 5 on PS4, it's $14.99 atm, compared to $39 used and $59 digital. Easy method, choice was clear Another Ubisoft masterpiece awaits me whenever I 100% complete AC Odyseey and Horizon Zero Dawn. Tough times in the kingdom, indeed.

Crossing Souls was quite the nostalgic trip, anyone who is stuck in or fond of the horrible 80's should play it as its a quality nod to pop-culture in that era. That said, there are other games that do it better. I have to play Sundered again. I don't think I ever finished I but I love that unique game's art style and that alone was worth the price of admission when the game launched. There isn't anything like it. Continuing my journey in AC Odyseey: My playthrough is still early on, I'm at lvl 17 and have half of the map completed, on Nightmare difficulty and exploration mode (with no compass/quest markers). What can I say? The more I play it, the more I realize that besides the porkhour/movement and animus which is similar and trademark throughout the series, nothing is the same. The combat and atmosphere feels largely inspired by Rise Of The Argonuts. The mercenary system is moreorless an improved system of Shadow Of Mordor's Nemesis system but only it's reversed and more complex, you're a mercenary on that system and there's more depth to it's participants. The quests stories and way you approach missions are rpg oriented, not action oriented. Giving you different options in both dialouge and game play. Exploration and naval battles are largley rewarding on a huge map that never feels lacking or generic. However, the towns and actions of their npc's feel limited and undetailed - probably because there is so much gameplay and stories that they don't need to have more depth such as activial naunces. Then there is the cult sect hunting which is a whole other ball game... but I'm not going to get into that to avoid spoilers. What I will say is that every time I think that the game is all about spartans, athenians and pirates, I get reminded that there is some mythical science mixed in. Whether it's mutants by bio-war mutants or alpha animals in caves, it fills that void of the game feeling repetitive on any level. Is the game really that great? I think I've said it before - I'd put AC Odyssey up against Witcher 3 any day. However, I didn't run into any glitches all throughout my playthrough in Witcher 3 which is over 100+ hours, or my my playthrough on Shadow Of Mordor - a similar game to Witcher and AC Odyseey. New content gets added daily with well-wtitten plots. With a message/contract board totally ripped off from Witcher 3, you can accept new quests daily if you are connected to the net. No quest feels the same, none of them are lame. What would I change? Hmmm.. Let's see, I would have liked a bit of variety in clothing/armor for Cassandra. I'm not saying bikini armor but I'm saying more feminine armor. In some instances where you are rewarded a torso piece, you try it on and it's a male piece of armor which looks weird on Cassandra but for Alexios, all armors ars male and none are female. This is a bit unfair. The helix system encourages pay2win method of microtic-transactions. You can buy legendary weapons and armor or ship skins with real money - SO COOL! So that's another option you have after you complete everything. Wanna have something new and shiny to play with or take screenshots with? You don't have to rely on some stupid mod, you can just buy something and that's being pro-consumer. What else would I change? The horse. The horse can't swim apparently it is afraid of water and throws me off when in shallow water. Hmmmm... More to come on my experience of AC Odyseey, stay tuned
