A few will go that bad every 1000 years. Or so. -
We wanted him to release it, not warp it.

Should Jediism be banned?

It's not an evil, it's a good to allow jedi to remain. Besides, if you don't teach it to those jedi kids now, they'll have to learn it from what they here in the street. -
Who wants to see a Sith Yoda-creature?
ShinIchiro replied to Ivan the Terrible's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
That's because she was younger than yoda by a couple centuries. She still had hair. Besides, she's female and because SW assumes all species have human differentiations between Male and Female, she keeps here hair for a longer amount of time. -

I was just responding to someone's idea that since jedi weren't around people couldn't recognize jedi traits. -
If that were true, I don't understand how (or why) someone would write 6 episodes in chronological order, but with the first 3 needing more "technological advancements" to make them. Dont ask me why. GL has never made sense has he. it's because he's a man, right? Amongst many other reasons. If 1,2 and 3 had been written by a woman then it would all make sense. If SW was written by a woman, it'd be one long romance novel. And all the characters would be stubborn and pigheaded. Now I know that can only be apalling or hilarious depending on intent. Either way it's rude and tactless. I'm guessing apalling.

I do the opposite order. I found playing as a chick alot more fun. I found myself being puritan as a male and rather prurient (spelling problems I know) as a female. Besides, who wants to look at a running guy the whole game.

I'm not sure whether to find that sentence as apalling, hilarious, or sensible. Could go anyway depending on your intent. But, since I know your intent based on previous posts, I'd have to go with apalling. Anyway, LOL.

Interesting Twists in the Sith Lord Storyline

That seems to be a sorta consensus. -

I think she was in Ep 1 or 2 in the background. -

Many cultures, even if they weren't jedi, had force users within them. Shamans, adepts, mystic peoples, some monks...ect... Knowledge of the force wasn't nearly as uniform, but the powers were recognizable. The jedi were simply one of the more prominant versions of these sects that worked with a government in a mutualistic relationship. -

Yaddle. Master of... Moricho? Anyway, she was on a mission with her master. They were betrayed. master=dead. Yaddle in prison for 100+ years. She grew in her ability with the force. She got out, lead the people to overthrow the tyrant who captured her and subjugated his people, and earned a seat on the council. -
Sure... If he waited that long and took that much time, couldn't he at least have made them decent? Well, I guess I can't speak about Ep 3.

Favorite Female characters in both KotORs

Haha, I don't like bastila or Yuthra. Actually, I did like bastila. Then everyone started worshiping her here and after the 50th thread about her I found her revolting and boring. -
Should Jediism be banned?

Yah. Sorry about politics, I needed an example. OK then, Garm Bel Ibis is responsible for the invasion of the rusk. Wait, no, Ibis's Great-great-greatx1000000000000000000000000 grandparents are the root of evil because their children eventually (after many generations) gave birth to Ibis who formed the corellian treaty which overthrew the empire which caused the Ssi-Rus (spelling?) to invade. -
Its not cheating, just good tactics! B) No, it's a glitch/bug/loophole. Anyone can do it, so it's not skill.

Firstly, sith aren't jedi. Your argument of "in the end they caused it" is specious as virtually every event is connected. Using that you can blame George Washington for September 11th and call him in league with terrorists (sorry for the political example but I couldn't think of anything better. Please don't go political on me here). -

Are Terentateks sentient? Isn't genocide the destruction of a whole culture? ALso, Terentateks started hostilities. -
Thats not a very good comparison. The Endar Spire was only a frigate. I am sure the Republic had bigger ships than that. Thats like watching SW:A New Hope, and saying that because Leia was only on the Corvette, that was only the type of ship the rebels had. I doubt it was that. Probably there was some sort of mechanism in the Star Forge that could differentiate which ships to knock out and which not to. Remember, it was on the planet not the forge itself. I'll bet that the sith (remember their people were there) learned how it worked and built an anti ship killer thingy.

The fact that they don't say laserswords (like every other Sci-fi thing) differentiates SW. Its one of those details that made the series great.

The bad stuff sells. Really, do you want to year about the thousands of years where the jedi just help people and stop pirates with no casualties and everyone happy? That wouldn't sell at all. There needs to be a threat. -
What would like to come boxed with KOTOR 2?
ShinIchiro replied to Craftsman's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Because I need figuirines and miniatures to represent stuff in my SW rpg, figures it is. Then again I only say that because I have a very specific need. -

Bombed with Force I assume. Ummm. Of course... Have you heard of this game called Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic? Anyway, the jedi clean up pirates, save lives (and it's the sith who do the bad more). One thing is that we are only shown eras (in teh game and movies) where things go wrong for jedi. Things go fine for 5000 years and then in the 1 year where there's a problem, the game takes place.
