In this situation speeking about skill points and force powers is pointless. You can't compare the force powers of Bastila and Anakin. Bastila uses about 15 constant force powers in a game, and Anakin -SPOILER- brakes a full room into ruins with his mind -/SPOILER- We didn't see Anakin in a game with force points and skills, so his power in the movies cannot explained with them. By the way according to the main SW storyline his porbably much more powerfull in the force than Bastila.

I suggest you to go and see EPIII when it comes out...)
