Did it actually go down today? Sorry about missing it, I forgot to sleep two nights in a row and passed out for twelve hours in the early morning. I think I'm gonna have to cancel anyway though, because the schedules at my new job while much better and reliable than at my old one, are still fairly dynamic, and I don't think I'll ever be able to tell my boss "Sorry, I can't cover for so and so because I'm scheduled to play pretend on the internet." It might not go over well.

So like, Freelancer and V for Vendetta finally came. I just finished V for Vendetta and I forgot to sleep last night while I was playing Freelancer, and like there was this one Rogue named Nathaniel Chapman, total ****, always shooting and me and stuff. Geez.

They are my favorite set. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I liked the Bean series best, though it's probably just because Orson Scott Card's writing got better over time. I even got my dad hooked on them, though it wasn't that hard what with him being a SciFi/Fantasy nerd anyway. I borrow bits of his collection on a regular basis.

You wouldn't be so optimistic if your car got thirteen miles to the gallon and you lived in a rural area. Anyhow, I already went through the 'Wow the car still works and I'm not hurt' stage and now I'm trying to figure out where I can get an extra grand from (what the car would've sold for). Ugh.

Bad luck today. My car drifted off the dirt road I live on and hit the embankment. The embankment along this section of the road consists of granite boulders. Front left corner is all bent in and the driver's side door now pops and screeches when you open and close it. On the bright side I looked over it after checking to make sure it's still driving okay, and the engine compartment is untouched as well as the suspension and wheel well. The bumper and the fender absorbed all the damage while leaving the rest of the car untouched and it was a piece of junk in the first place.

I wouldn't, at least not in that case. An official connection I'd consider something like, Obsidian is owned by Bio, Obsidian is partners with Bio, Bio is Obsidian's publisher, etc. Licensing an engine seems more along the line of buying a product to me but whatever.

I don't quibble over genres. I see music as several different core styles with themes that branch off of them.
