  1. 149GB is your diskspace, right? Anyways... could you run a diagnostic on your PC (using Configre-Scan Hardware-Details-Save Report) and post the contents here?
  2. Not? Anyways; last time I played KOTOR2 I used Bao-Dur/Mira/T3
  3. Aren't you only allowed to pick leaders that you already swayed to the ways of the Jedi/Sith? Did you already turned Bao-Dur Jedi when that scene triggered?
  4. Have you used the console in the same room as Vash her body to open the front door? Only then will Sion appear.
  5. Because the current build is littered with dozens of unreported bugs?
  6. Enough testing is being done... the team just seems to ignore all the results of them. Surely bugs being reported by dozens of people on various different forums are hardly a prank... *watches Mantis* http://mantis.team-gizka.org/view.php?id=995 Funny enough... it worked like a charm for me. Quite the handy tool during the end battle with the 3 Sith...
  7. Considering the fail is at the GL version; it seems to be a problem of just needing more recent drivers (It was for me when I had that "fail").
  8. That is actually the intention. If you want it to stop, move towards the building you first found Mandalore in One cannot play through Kotor2 without glitches. Some just pay more attention to it than others I guess, and some seem to completely wipe all existance of them from their memory...
  9. Well, I just finished my first playthrough with TSLRP. And while I have to say I had to unfortunately miss the HK-factory due to a bug; the other content was certainly a welcome addition, same as many of the bugfixes (Kreia's Skill lesson come to mind). Still; it is obviously not quite finished yet. Here is a small list of what I consider 'noticable' bugs during my 1.0b8 playthrough, all unmentioned or "fixed" (before this version) according to Mantis. Most of them are features or trivial, except for underscored ones. *obviously* I have savegames for each and every underscored-"major" bug. I know that most bugposts on 1.0b8 get ignored and flamed (hence I post here instead of the TSLRP forum), and I can probably expect a post soon from DW mentioning I should not complain about the beta that I should not play... but you do have to know some people actually DO try to help. As mentioned, if you need any confirmation for any of the major bugs of the list, I am happy to provide one of my many savegames... Edited by SteveThaiBinh: I suspect a lot of people who come here do not want to read about the contents of the beta version. I certainly include myself in that, so I added spoiler tags.
  10. @ Original Poster. DisableVertexBufferObjects=1 (just check the FAQ) is *the* fix in both Kotor1 and Kotor2 for the Dantooine Lag Issue...
  11. It actually HAS a few more game-stopping bugs than a PC Kotor2, mostly related to being able to bash stuff like the Citadel Station Console, or the droid on Goto's Yacht... Not to mention all the common stuff as the Fuel Quest, Redemption, Escaped Criminals, Hssiss, Onderon Revisited gamebreaking glitch etc. etc.
  12. Just use KSE to check wheter or not 300NAR_Visquis_Call= 0 or 1. If it's 1 you hit a bug, if it's 0 you just have to keep playing... you haven't done the right things.
  13. http://mantis.team-gizka.org/view.php?id=938 Happens if you have the third non-fixed party member trigger the cutscene (in my case T3. Not really tried with others, but seeing on the quick glimpses before loading only 2 partymembers remained I think it can be taken as fact. Atleast it is the case if T3 is third ) Clean install of TSLRP (had to after 'updating'), no other mods. And this is just one of the nearly 2 dozen now (second planet)... I have a savegame if you want to try. (ofcourse 1.0b8) EDIT: Now that I think about it, it could be a side-effect of doing the "I decide to take the stupid one etc." fight twice, picking T3 both times... hmm... EDIT2: Ignore the last Edit. Loaded a save from before doing the begin fight twice and it still happens (also when pressing escape only Bao and Atton appear as in the team). It is noteworthy there were three times as little Dauros (and no survivors) when not doing the begin fight twice using this save, compared to the twice battle save...
  14. True true. But then it is the "official" beta testers task to reopen the issue, wouldn't it be? If the issue has indeed surfaced once more... @ Bass-GameMaster: Check the Torrents...
  15. And while the others patiently wait (don't ask me why) we get to play the restored content. Sure; it isn't 100% bugproof... but; hey; was TSL ever? It works fine enough, and I was able to find workarounds for each major bug I faced so far, so still having alot of fun. A good 40 hours up ahead once again! And I will keep playing this little beta until the full version is released because, guess what, playing it now doesn't make you unable to download and install the "full" version later. I suppose some people come forth with a reason like "playing it unfinished will ruin it for me"... guess what, did you play through TSL already? Maybe you noticed it was being unfinished. Still; you are planning another playthrough with TSLRP (why are you reading this thread else?), why not plan 2? 80 hours instead of 40... sounds like a good deal to me... FYI: I am keeping a little list of "notworthy" bugs incase TG is ever interested, but seeing the response, probably unlikely. Oh well. [/not complaining at all post]
  16. You can certainly expect that :D *ran into a bug apparently fixed in 1.0b4*
  17. Read the FAQ. In short; you haven't done enough to please/piss of the Exchange. Do some more quests around Nar Shaddaa or go to the Cantina section and pay some money to that bat-creature there...
  18. I read the TSLRP forums, I read Mantis, I read your post. Could you read mine? Thnx.
  19. Actually the beta is pretty stable. All the bugs I have encountered so far have been unfixed TSL issues. The new content is added in pretty well. The breaking ONLY happens with TG's little "patch". I think it is somewhat odd those guys don't release their content because they really don't want anyone play an inferior fix, than out of their own stuff in crashing bugs, that unaware DL'ers just thinking they get the real update 9 will GO and accuse Gizka of. Ever read what those Titan Quests devs wrote up. About how their downfall was the bad attention from the crowd because the leak version kept crashing? Meh...
  20. I was talking about the "patch" that the updater downloads for leaked versions, crudely breaking TSL.
  21. If they have done that it wouldn't made much sense for them to make a FU 1.0B9 "patch"...
  22. Rakshasha
  23. Yeah, the simple switching of 0 to 1 at EnableScreenshots=0 does wonders. However note the DisableHUDinScreen (or something similar) added in Kotor 1's 1.2 patch does NOT work in Kotor2 (unforunately, with those huge selection boxes). However, movies wont show up as .tga, you have to paste them into paint after pressing Print Screen...
