Which one? The original or Sacred Stones? I can't remember whether I finished my original hard mode game. I've got it around here somewhere. The 'original' one, though I have both. I'm finishing them so I can rationalize getting the DS version too, instead of just *adding* to the backlog. For TLR, make sure some of your units know Vivification Herb at some point. You may not need it yet, but reviving units becomes pretty important. You'll be able to recruit soldiers with it at some point, but my main leaders learnt it anyway. You bunch of freaking nerds.

Just make sure PAL 60gigs actually have BC. I'm not so sure about that.

There is only one 80gig model that has BC - the MGS4 bundle one. Since Sony doesn't manufacture 60gigs anymore, you're in a bit of a bind if it ever dies on you. If they can repair it, great. If they need to replace it, haha. PS2s are dirt cheap.

Apparently the camera is being worked on. Though I never really had any major issues with it once I started using the camera reset semi-regularly. I wouldn't mind if they rebalanced the harder difficulties with respect to projectile spam.

I guess that's a fair point that constantly hitting but doing very little damage with a gun would feel pretty unrewarding. However, as Crashdude says, it's certainly less disruptive than affecting accuracy. Guess there'll be a sense of progression either way.
