I would certainly value the approach of Brothers in Arms to history more than Pearl Harbour's. They even modelled the levels off of aerial recon photos from the war. The big thing I don't like about Brothers in Arms is the way they deal with the death of squad mates though.

I'm in the Western Conference. Unfortunately, I notice that the schedule for the next season actually isn't new So I play the same teams every time, which involves never playing the Flyers. Horrible oversight!

Human players are always the epitome of physical play in NHL games I get some insane hit totals at times, although I've shown more restraint as most goals scored against me are when I miss hits. The hip checks look fantastic though! All in all hitting looks pretty good. Oh, I heard that the Speed attribute is also affected by size. So a guy with 99 speed that's big and bulky isn't going to be as fast as a tiny guy. So sayeth my roommate anyways. I haven't really looked into it, but it would explain why Bergeron is like lightning! Although MAB did score his first PP goal on a beauty top corner slapshot against detroit the other day! :D

On the plus side, if you play Half-Life or Half-Life 2 single player, there is minimal interaction with Steam.

According to the articles, the MP games can actually be pretty fast.

Given the interviews and discussions I've made, it sounds like they learned their mistake with regards to multiplayer in Civ 3. Still, I have high hopes. I like the pseudo Play-by-Email design, where if everyone is online, it plays like a standard MP game, but once someone has to leave, it can still be played via email.

I actually don't mind the Sims, as a product anyways. I don't particularly care for the game, but it is a good idea, and implemented in a fun way. It's a good "gateway" PC game :D I look forward to Will Wright's Spore however.
