  1. I don't use them - but I know other people seem to like them. If you have the CPU power and like the widgets, go for it.
  2. Places with poor sanitation when it comes to hazardous waste also have a higher occurrence of mutations.
  3. I am still playing BG II, although I've added more mods and have started to work on some of my own - so far it seems the game is fairly easy to work with.
  4. I use Dell's MediaDirect on my laptop, and it seems ok.
  5. If I remember correctly, Vista is programed to shut off the screen as the default screen-saver - and it will go to sleep soon after that. I have my system tweaked in these respects, so I cannot remember how long the original wait-time was, but I think it was something around ten minutes. Also, what are your system specs?
  6. Great game, although I cannot find it anywhere now.
  7. Hummm... This is hard... I guess this would be my list in no particular order: Baldur's Gate w/ Tales of the Sword Coast Baldur's Gate 2 w/ Throne of Bhaal Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines Neverwinter Nights 2 w/ Mask of the Betrayer Neverwinter Nights I w/ expansions and community modules Fallout 2 Portal The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion w/ mods Half Life 2 Sins of a Solar Empire
  8. If the current Handmaiden mod does not work with the patch, I'll most likely see if I can force it to.
  9. Well, it looks cool - but it also looks like "Oblivion with guns."
  10. I doubt that would change anything.
  11. So, I looked into your Integrated graphics processor (IGP) and found this review: Based on this, and some other research I did, I would guess that you need to either get more RAM or your IGP might simply not be able to handle Kot0R 2. You should definitely set everything to low and tweak the ini to remove some of the optional graphics - but that is about all you can try.
  12. Why is that? You may not like it, but I hardly think that makes the modification "wrong."
  13. If you use an unmodded game, yes, you are not supposed to get her - although I never do get her...
  14. Kot0R II does not like duel cores or Intel chipsets - although I know there are some tweaks that might help.
  15. That is was, although it was sort of obvious in retrospect - but then, I guess a lot of games have been made into movies lately (id est Hitman, Dungeons and Dragons, and Dungeon Siege).
  16. 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later - they both make me want to play Left 4 Dead.
  17. I never said it was an all-combat game.
