  1. If my #1 does not show up could this be used, or is it too bloody?
  2. No - the ESRB should not. But I also do not think the ESRB should be rating games at all, at least not to the degree that they are the only source of rating in the USA...
  3. Looks interesting, I might get it if there is a PC release.
  4. No it was not - Hot Coffee could be easily accessed.
  5. You should be ok - I've even got it running on my laptop.
  6. Good to hear that, and I am sorry if I offended you with the question - if your new discs do not help come back and we'll try to figure out the problem.
  7. KOTOR1 Was finished... Predictable story Predictable locations Inconsistent pacing Predictable twists An awful End Boss More annoying companions Worse game overall with less bugs.
  8. Why? Viconia was not that bad - or at least I did not think she was.
  9. I'll give it a go as it's free - if only to see how good, or bad, the game is.
  10. Well, the people who head the anti-game armies are not the sharpest knives on the block so to speak.
  11. Oh - my bad. What are your specs?
  12. No - I normally ask with these sorts of questions, just to make sure that it's not an issue caused by an attempt to bypass the security measures.
  13. And that's what I tried to do - but I ended up as a red smear quicker than I could say "**** it." It was then that I noticed the downed tree in the rear of the mine-field, something that breached the fence-line. I ran, somehow managing to avoid the explosives, and jumped into the space behind the compound. Most of the troops were staked out front, so I snuck up behind the guard stationed on the roof -next to the open, upper office-, slit his throat, and grabbed his grenades (I should also note that I had the free Merc suit that you can get from the attic of one of the abandoned homes). I then ducked inside of the building and waited until a crowd of soldiers had barricaded the entrance - perfectly clumped for a grenade blast. Sneak out, gather loot, repeat. when no one else was near the front I walked out and noticed that there were two people coming up the stairs, a perfect place to jump down behind them and preform two swift cuts to the neck. I then swept the rest of the complex for survivors, loaded up the extra loot into one of the dead bodies, and dragged the impromptu bag back to the trader.
  14. You're asking for a no-cd patch, correct? If so, yeah, that might be something Obsidian would want to make. If not, why do you think they have not said exactly what file is read?
  15. More S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Bloodlines - although more of the former than the latter.
  16. Not really - sorry.
  17. YES! I got it a few week ago and it is great.
  18. Maybe where you are, but it really gave a lot of ammunition to the anti-gaming lobbies here in the US of A.
  19. The Hot Coffee mod unlocked a hidden interactive sex mini-game in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas that had been included on the disk by Rockstar North but not implemented in the final release. The content was proved to be original when it was found on console versions of the game, where it could be accessed by using certain codes. Jack Thompson, of course, got involved, and Hillary Clinton and other prominent politicians attacked video games to get public support. In other words, it made the nightly news and the general American thought that most games were like what they saw on the TV - an offensive blood and sex fest. The game was also re-rated AO.
  20. Yeah - Clear Sky will be cool, but, most likely, delayed.
  21. Yeah - but that still means that you do not have the recommended hardware.
  22. Bloodlines avatar - awesome.
