  1. In my opinion, I liked Kotor II more than I. Why? Better storyline, better dialouge, quests actually seemed like they were natural instead of skewed like Kotor I's quests were. It just seemed that they were put in there, but you had to do so many other things on the side while in Kotor II it seemed you could do things in succession. Kotor II also had way better skills and powers, and the influence thing made it more realistic. Yes Kotor II was a darker story, but at the current storyline..everything would seem dark if people were living in that kind of world. I expect Kotor III to be even darker (out on the Outer Rim) and then either further into the darkness at the end or incredibly light at the end depending on alignment choices. Things that the first Kotor rocked at was: Even though Kotor II won in the hand of dialouge, it was sadly limited and Kotor I's was not. The movement was more free-flowing (I hated how my char. ran in the second one), and did have more of a classic star wars feel while the second one had more of a Episode II-III kinda feel to it. o.0
  2. Definitely Atton for me. I like Han Solo types.
  3. 1,2,7, and 13 for me! Atton ftw!
  4. Malak would have been easy if he didn't keep healing himself to full 500 times >.>
  5. For Kotor 3, what characters from Kotor I and II would you like to be in your party list battling bad guys with you? Now remember for storyline purposes, one usually falls in hand with the other! Example: Bastila and Carth go hand in hand because of Revan. If Obsidian or whatever company makes them, one has to go in with the other or else it wouldn't be fair for the girl/boy gamers lol. Soo... 1)The droids 2)Carth and/or Bastila 3)Mission Vao 4)Canderous/Mandalore 5)G0-T0 6)Bao-Dur 7)Atton Rand 8)Mira 9)Visas 10)Handmaiden and/or Disciple 11)Hanharr 12)Zaalbar 13)Jolee 14)Juhani 15)I don't want any of these guys! Bring on a whole new cast!
  6. @Darth Quattro Sorry, I just don't agree. I think they should be in the LAST half of the game to even out the vast difference of levels. And I don't think there needs to be a third Jedi God. For these reasons.. 1) There is someone that is full of the Force when you look at them. (Revan) 2) When you look at this person, it seems they are empty of the Force when you look at them. (Exile) What else could there be? Maybe they could have some power that Revan and the Exile do not have. OR maybe they could just be a regular Jedi/Sith that happens to be swept up in the current of things. As for them both dying, why? There is no reason for both to die. What I think should happen is my idea I said in the post before with the 1 teacher and have a mix of Kotor I and Kotor II party members. Like I have said before, any true rpg gamer would want all these plotholes to be fixed and so they should and that means stories between characters and an aftermath when everything is over, see how your choices in the game affected the other main characters after the game is finished. Kinda like in Jade Empire and NWN:HoU. And you can't have that by killing off Revan and the Exile and only hearing of their exploits. There has to be some interaction.
  7. Definitely J. Why? Like I said again and again, if this is truly the last game of what someone said before "Revan and friends" then they need to be in there as party members. This should be an epic game and deserves to be so, but there should be some limitations like in Kotor 2. According to what job you wanted to be, there could be like three different teachers and each representing a different job. A teacher couldn't teach you how to have a lot of Force and weild a lightsaber like a professional anyway. So Revan should be a Jedi Weapon Master/Sith Marauder, Exile could be Jedi Master/Sith Lord, and Bastila could be like a Jedi Watchman/Sith Assassin. So whoever you pick for your teacher should be a party member and the other two could be NPC's.
  8. Kreia: Awaken! (w00t) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> LMAO poor Exile!
  9. I would also like a more neutral path, not as good as an angel or as bad as an devil. Kinda like Jolee, ya know? Also, I would like the dark side to have more options in dialouge and actions than just the Chaotic Evil, rampaging and killing wherever you go. Evil can be more branched out than that, I would actually like to play someone that is maleovolent and charming instead of a raging maniac if I play a darksider. It just seems there are not enough degrees of evil for a character to play. Comments? Also, I would like some mini-games to come back. Definitely not the one from Kotor I, I hated that one. But if you guys had a chance to put a mini-game in Kotor 3, what would it be?
  10. Thank you, loyal Carth defenders^^
  11. Well ummmm....he tries to save you in the end at the Star Forge! He had to get a head start lmao.
  12. I wish I had her voice >.> English accents ftw! lol
  13. Lmao I am just kidding. I am a girl and don't think Mira would be pretty, her face is too weird. As for the Handmaiden, I think she is pretty with her white hair. Visas reminds me of Bastila from the nose to her chin (can't really say anything about her appearance though), but it really is a tossup between the Handmaiden and Bastila.
  14. No >< He runs off saying he is going to save you, which he tries to do at the end. Plus, why shouldn't he run off? He's no contest to Revan, and he has seen that lol. I would be intimidated too!
  15. @Jorian Thank you^^. I would like every character that actually meant something to someone to have a definite ending whether it be good or bad. Of course I am rooting for happy endings, but I am betting someone important has to die along the way. @PlanoSkywalker Ok, but think about this. This is an award-winning game, so many people will want a definite end to many of the characters they have known to enjoy and like a lot. I mean, this is an Role playing game so many people will want closure to the characters if this happens to be the last of the trilogy. Many people, such as myself, will want a few questions answered before the Kotor series ends such as: What happens between Revan and Carth/Bastila? What happens between the Exile and their love interest? Will Atton ever admit (or any of the other characters really) that they love the Exile? What about our new character? And of course the fates of more important characters that we know and love such as the droids, Jolee, Canderous, etc. I am not saying that every single one has to be in the party, but I do not think that Jolee should just do a mission and never be heard from again. That is too many plotholes, and I expect for Obsidian or whoever makes it to fill up this vastly open-ended Kotor 2 or it will be a huge disappoint to the hard-core rpg gamers.
  16. Yup ,there are lots of char who actually 'could' have been killed. Thats why I think all of KOTOR 1 and 2 chars should be 'ressurected' for the final ,3rd episode (hmm...ok maybe not the final ep, but the final of 'revan&friends'-s story) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I definitely agree. I would like all their stories to come to an end whether it's Atton finally being able to admit he loves the Exile, Carth/Bastila and Revan being reunited, etc.
  17. Oh I see. Yeah Jolee could have been killed, but Carth could have been killed as well. It would just depend on the character choices that you would have to make in K3. If Revan was light, then chances are Jolee is still alive.
  18. What server were you on? P.S. Dave Chappelle plays WoW. xD
  19. I never remember getting that cutscene, and I had Mira and Atton in my party for almost the whole time. Well.. I did Dxun/Onderon, and then Nar Shadaa. I am guessing it is on a ship o.0 Also, when does Atton say that Angel line?
  20. No one better vote for Carth or Atton anymore! ><
  21. Let me know when you get it done Astro. I would like to read it What are your guys thoughts about having key members from Kotor I and II being implemented for henchmen? Is this still a no as well? I think that at least a few people would rush out there, whether it was to be with someone (aka love interests), be with their famed General (Bao-Dur), or just to kill love interests. I am still a strong advocate that a collection of them should be there, I mean I would hate to see people that we all strongly like just get pushed aside and have nothing else to do with the headband. I mean, I wanted to see more of Jolee instead of finding his headband in the Shyrack Caves....
  22. @Astrocreep Ok, I understand what you are saying. Maybe I could rephrase that? Since you have proven yourself so useful to them, perhaps they just let you go along for the ride? And maybe so you don't have the Exile and Revan with you in the same party.. What if when you become an apprentice, there was Exile, Revan, and Bastila there and each one reprented a different aspect of the Jedi/Sith Order? Lets just say Revan could have been the prestige class of Jedi Guardian/Sith Marauder (Forgot the name), Exile could be a Jedi Master/Sith Lord, and Bastila could be a Jedi Watchman/Sith Assassin? And when you chose what you wanted to be, that person would come along as your teacher? That way you would have the same amount of characters like in the second one, and allows for a couple more replays to get the optimal experience? When you choose one Teacher, the other two become more like NPC characters and are just there to offer you advice like in the first Kotor concerning the Masters in the Jedi Enclave.
