Hoping Q.I see that Bioware is recruiting for some new games, which really kinda bums me out. I was hoping for a Knights of the Old Republic 3. With the power of the new Xbox, and maybe a story set in the expanded universe after the movies (like perhaps the Thrawn trilogy) they probably could have easily had the missing killer app in the launch lineup and made a fortune. Any idea if they'll ever make another one? I spoke with LucasArts the other day and the spokesperson said that they see the series as a franchise, an ongoing franchise, which means that yes, they certainly will make another game. But don't count on BioWare making that game. Most likely, the developer of KOTOR: The Sith Lords will hand the third one, which I am 99% sure will be on Xbox 360. Unless LucasArts decides to take the series to the Xbox next year

Definitely Carth. He had reasons to be so untrustful since he held his wife in his arms as she died, his son was lost to him, and when he finds him he is in the Sith Academy. He has the possiblity of falling in love with a Sith Lord and at first he tries to hate Revan, but in the end he can't and winds up loving you. He regains his son and possibly Revan for a short time before she disappears. Now 4 years later, he has been remaining faithful to her so that when she returns..they can pick up where they left off.

Hopefully TSL will fix the romance options.

I hate Vrook. He never believes in my character. As for Zaalbar, no! He had like no dialouge options in Kotor 1. Bastila should be since she is the female version of Anakin, Carth definitely should since he had one of the most interesting stories and is on a continued hunt to be with his long lost love. Mission, probably not. As for Jolee... never really got to know him so I can't say anything about him. Juhani was pretty cool, HK and the smaller droid are a must...

I think that Kotor III should allow your character to pick and choose key characters from I,II, and even the III one. How cool would it be to fight alongside Carth or Bastila again? Key characters (imo) from I and II combined is: Carth, Bastila, Canderous/Mandalore, Atton, Bao-Dur, Revan (:-p), and Visas. It would be nice to see Carth and the female version of Revan be back together. Of course, there would have to be some dialouge options like there was in the beginning of the first one to allow if you got Carth or whoever is in place of Carth for Kotor II.. Oh and you would have to choose Revan's face and the exile's face at the character generation screen so it would have even more storyline possibilities xD.

Man I just got finished. Was so disappointed when Kreia told me that the Disciple loves me, and Atton does love me but they both know he is too much of a fool to have someone like me. I was like, "No you are not too much of a fool Atton!" LoL. Oh and definitely Bao-Dur and you should be able to fall in love. I bet a human + irodorian might look crazy though xD.

Revan was a girl in my game, poor Carth waiting for her after almost 4 years. Maybe they will be reunited in the next KotOR? Anyway, my favorite character had to have been Atton. He was very charismatic, cunning, and secretive. You never would have thought behind his ego laid an insecurity to where you and him could never be together since he felt he was too much of a fool for you as Kreia put it.

Maybe they can make a prequel after they make the trilogy. Be there when the Jedi teachings started to fail, when the Mandalorian wars started, how Revan got corrupted in the end..?

Well, Kreia says that he dances in my favor like a fool. I guess that is a good sign? Lmao

Am I doing something wrong with Atton? LoL. He never really has anything new to say, I got him to be a Jedi and done almost all of the Influence options. Am I still on the right track? Just curious since the romance with Atton is kinda..up in the air. Sometimes he acts like he cares for my character.. Someone please help^^

I have been thinking of some suggestions that could possibly do well for a KotOR III. No flaming please, I have thought of these ideas and was wanting to see how the community perceived them. Ok.. Name could be: Knights of the Old Republic: The Last Struggle The words going through space would be something like, "The Jedi Council is now rebuilding after 5 more years, but the Sith continue to hold strong...."Something about Telos finally being rebuilded, and other planets are working together to uphold the Restoration Project.... When you finally get to play your character, the character customization screen could be a lot better. Get to pick color of eyes, color of hair, skin tone, etc. But the twist is that you get to pick how you will look like as a child! Of course, more faces for everyone..maybe even a race different than Human. :-p So it shows a cutscene where Sith burst in a number of doors, ready to take Force Sensitive children and convert them to Sith before they can understand what the Light Side is all about. Unfortunately for them, while you are on their ship with a handful of other Force Sensitive children..it gets shot down and crashes on a nearby planet we haven't visited yet and the Jedis come by and pick up the children, and leave for Corsucant. There, you get to have the chance of meeting Dustil Onasi who left Telos after helping rebuild it to become a member of the Jedi Council. Dustil even has his own younger sibling that just entered the academy, depending on if you are a boy or a girl...aka possible love interest...Maybe even your character and love interest from KotOR II would be there (I guess at the beginning screen, they could ask some questions that would determine how the game went for the last part of the trilogy.) So you get to interact with all of them and have a few chances to begin your path of light or dark. You get to go through some sort of Jedi training, and when you pass all the mini quests, you get to maybe play as a teenager which could start possible enemies, love interests from your longtime friends, or even enemies. As a teenager, you can travel through Corsucant but cannot leave it yet. Final training to be a Padawan happens when you are ready to reach into young adulthood. Almost immediately after the ceremony of all your friends that make it behind, something happens where you and your friends need to flee the place. A Jedi teacher accompanies you, and everyone escapes in the infamous Ebon Hawk. Other things to make Kotor III more memorable if it comes out is more dialouge options, some other mini-games besides dueling and shooting Sith ships if they try and shoot you down.. More robes..And for the ones that love romantic elements, perhaps when you are on some planet..you could buy stuff for your lover, recieve stuff, maybe even go on a date. I would like to see at the end an ending that shows what happened to every character after the trilogy to somehow give a closure to the Kotor series. For example, it showing you and your lover getting married and living a life of mayhem and destruction (Sith) or peaceful (Jedi). Canderous could finally get his clan to one of honor (mind you, I haven't played Kotor II all the way) and restore the Mandalorian reputation, etc. Tell me what you guys think.

Is Kotor III actually in development, planning on being in development, or is it people just speculating over what they would want if Obsidian decides to make it?

Hello, I am a gamer that loves to play rpgs with romantic elements in it for it makes the game much more enjoyable. Anyway, my question is there any love interests for your char in the game? If so, who could be your possible love interest. I thought Atton could be a girl char's love interest, but sometimes I wonder about that. Oh! Another question of mine is if there are love interests, does the ending kind of correspond to who your character is in love with? It was kind of crappy in KotOR I when I spent all that time to just have them appear beside me. I mean, c'mon Bioware could have done better! Sorry for taking up your guys' time^^.
