As for the topic of this thread: As long as Superman can tell me if Oprah ate my dog, Americans can get as fat as they want.
-
"Countries involved in conflicts, such as Iraq, were not included." And yet the US was??? Drunk it is!

Are you sure? It is really starting to bug me. I keep thinking about what the heck is he scheming. Is he really in the employ of Mr. Heirst or is he just screwing everyone because they called him a coward and threatened to kill him if he didn't leave the camp(I'm assuming he's McAll in disguise). And yes, it is very good even though the bad language is a bit too much at times, especially when Trixie talks. For me anyway.

Screw you Feng. EDIT: I actually just want to know one thing: Are Francis Wilcott(Mr W) and Jack McCall(the man who shot Wild Bill Hickok) the same person or did they just choose to hire the same actor for both characters? Has it been revealed yet after halfway through season 2?
-
I'm thinking about starting a Deadwood thread but I'm only halfway through season 2 and I don't want to be spoiled. So I'm thinking I'll wait t'il I'm up to date. Ok now I'm thinking this will probably take too long and somebody will beat me to it.

I'm almost constantly thinking why my wife married a loser like me. When I ask, her answer is "because I love you and you love me too". Which is kinda nice. I'm thinking... I don't know what I'd do without her.

Thank you Karka! -
I was thinking that, perhaps, I AM A PROFIT, I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT,I AM A PROFIT.

Looks interesting. I love FPRPGs. I can't find the system requirements on the official website. Can you help please? -
You mean "Kwisatz Haderach", but close enough and according to Wikipedia it's around 22,000 years in the future or so. And yes people do still get married. There are a several marriages that I can recall from reading the prequel books although I haven't read the original books. Why? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Because I would think that in 22 000 years, humans would have evolved from such nonsense. But let's not start a religious debate here please.

Forgive my ignorance as I usually "wait for the movie"... :"> I am unfamilliar with Dune except for David Lynch's movie. If I remember correctly, the waking of the Quisat Aderak(or whatever but I'm pretty frakking close) happens 40000 years in the future. So my question to you is, assuming I am right about the timeline, do people actually still get married in those days???

Granted for Adaptation. But I think it is more due to good direction rather than him being a good actor. Just a hunch though. I never said he was terrible or without potential, just that I don't like him too much in the films he's in. Raising Arizona? = to Moonstruck and Amos and Andrew. Nothing special, even for him. ConAir was like any Bruckheimer film since Don Simpson died. Entertaining on the first viewing, terrible after thinking about it... :D

I was expressing a personal taste, not degrading others'. I prefer actors and actresses who show versatility, such as Ian Holm and Nicole Kidman. Nicolas Cage almost always plays the same character(exeptions are when he's going for an oscar nom), himself, in different situations. That is called working the system, the Star System in the case of Hollywood which, although somewhat less apparent, is still present today. IMO.

I dunno. Adding that whiny crybaby Heyden in place of the guy who played Anakin when Luke removed the mask is sacrilegious enough to me. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't know. Destroying Star Wars with three(count them, THREE!) crappy prequels and then modifying the originals to fit with the three crappy prequels is sacriligious enough for me. <_<

Like Soldier of Fortune 2? -
I think it would be neat if they avoided Star-Fleet alltogether and based a series around some pirates or something. Think Firefly in the Star Trek universe. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hum... Firefly is "Firefly in the Star Trek universe". That was one the major inspiration for the show, having pirates in a Star Trek universe. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, but it's NOT Star Trek. Is it? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Debatable I suppose. Star Trek was originally suppose to be a western, discovering the new frontier and all. Then it was a western in space, then it became what we know, which is more like a space western(?)... Confusing.

Slightly on topic and less humoristic(is that a word in english?), I've had mononucleosis(gland fever) for the past month and thats why I haven't been posting as often. But now I'm back so expect more crap coming from me! :D

Which was better: Top Gun Or Stealth Thank you and good night(or day, depending where you are on the globe.

All Nicolas Cage movies have let me down. I can't remember one that I liked, although Lord of War was ok but I was expecting better with more political intrigue, similar to the Jack Ryan(Red october) films. Meh.

I would, but I can't play spellcasters, too boring. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It's also quite interesting to fight him with a monk. I had a lvl 40 Monk(from cheats) and I would do 1-2 damage every 20-30 hits. I had to resort to other tactics to beat him.

I thought the second expansion was very good. It didn't have anything to do with the rest of NWN but it was great. The final battle I found was very easy. Sometimes long, yes but easy. And if you buy his name it's not even a battle. If you want a challenge with Mephis, try playing the entire game with a mage or sorcerer and fight him in the end...

If they ever make a show called "Manmeat" I will recommend it to Roshan.

I dropped Win98 2 years ago. :">

As a long-range weapon, I prefer the game discs. I often use them to throw at the rats in the streets of Montreal, ninja style. On a good day I can decapitate a few and sell the remains in chinatown for a decent amount of moola. I was able to get my money back from buying this game with this great weapon and make necklaces out of the rat heads for my familly on Christmas. To unlock it: While in the game, press the EJECT button on the disc drive and VOILA! P.S. I'm just POed because this game is so bugged it's barely installable(sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't) and I paid full price for it.
