  2. Hey Jer, I nuked all of your saves on the cloud so you should be good to go. All purchases will be there, so no need to worry about that. Just keep in mind that, since your account has already complete the Story scenarios, you will not receive gold for completing them even though you have a brand new fresh party. Make sure the game is fully uninstalled before opening it again. Thanks!

  4. Yeah, that is definitely too small. It should be around 270-295 MB. When you uninstalled the game, are you able to access the directory folder and delete everything? As you would on a PC? Lem is a man who waits for no one. The ladies are calling!

  13. Hey Srvannor, Actually, all the issues with daily gold are now resolved. The patch fixed the issue with timers, and yesterday we just fixed the issue with expired subscriptions not going away which was server side. So all is well in the world of Daily Gold. Those who have reported their issues to support have been reimbursed their missing daily gold after confirming with their accounts. Our work is never ending here, we are constantly working on getting more content out and fixing bugs at the same time. So we're doing our best! Thank you for your feedback and concerns.

  16. You may have that party already existed into a save, which means you can't gain access to those characters unless you delete that party save.
  17. Hey JWolf Sorry for the confusion, that is because gold gain is account bound, since you've already beaten those scenario previously. Normal and Heroics do not gain gold after you have already completed it. Only Legendary difficulty grants gold every time. As long as you are connected to PlayFab, at the end of every turn, the game auto saves to the cloud. So if you wanted to change to another device for example, just make sure to complete a turn before switching over. ArchSenex is correct, any purchases you have made with either gold or real money is stored to your account, so those can never be lost not matter what happens.

  19. Well, technically the only thing you are losing is the scenario, you still get to keep all the cards you gained during gameplay. But I agree that forfeiting its not a great option. We are still investigating the issue.
  20. Hey h4ppy, Bampop is correct, however, there is a bug when the gold expires, the timer just refreshes itself on each reset, so you are unable to collect the last day of gold. If you could please tell me your PFID# (located it settings from the main menu) I can correct the issue on your account and reimburse you the last day of lost gold. Thanks a bunch!

  22. Hey Polarthief, Sorry about the login issue. It could be possible that your device "Sync" is not turned on. Go into your device settings and make sure Sync is enabled. That should do the trick. Thanks a bunch!
