Hey Huzzinda, I took a look at your save file and there looks like there was a portion of the dungeon you didn't clear. There will be a fight and a secret room, there is a ghost there you can speak with and he will tell you how to open the door. Hope everything will work out! Thanks!

In your Steam library right click on Pillars of Eternity -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache and see if that clears up this issue for you. Hello everyone, I apologize for the delay. Transcendent Suffering only applies the accuracy bonus to the primary target from Torment's Reach. Transcendent Suffering does not apply to AOE attacks. Since Rooting Pain and the secondary cone attack from Torment's Reach is an AOE attack, the accuracy bonus will not be added. Thank you for your patience and support!

Hey Kaarchin, I have written up a report with your issue and added it to our database. The appropriate department will look into this issue. In the mean time, there are console commands that you can use to get Itumaak out of the wall but that would mean turning on cheats and it will disable achievements. Thank you for your patience.
