TBH I don't think Trump likes any pets though I have no idea if he holds a special hatred for dogs in particular. I don't remember where I heard that but it was long before he was into politics.

The TV and Streaming Thread: Now up for syndication...
Jay making a Star Trek joke on the latest RLM video made my day.

What You've Done Today - But you… have elected… the way of… pain!
Yesterday, I had my very first surprise party and it was Star Trek themed. My cousin and aunt drove up from AZ and are staying through Christmas. I enjoyed it but I can definitely say I'd be happy never having another one because seeing everything Star Trek and family that isn't supposed to be there is how I imagine it'll be when I finally lose my last marble.

I think Shannara is an MTV series. I never watched it but I'm guessing CW level angsty teen level writing/acting. Would be glad to be wrong but my faith in humanity is at an all time low.

I know this isn't the right place for it but... As a non book reader the mixed reactions was enough to kill it for me since it looked a bit CWish (in a bad way) from the previews.

Me too, well not an iPhone but a couple of versions behind of whatever it is and rocking the cracked screen like a badge of honor. I dunno why but having this old broken phone pleases me. We are the same, the phone and I. PS I also still have a Florida number from over a decade ago.. like over 15 years

Coronavirus 666: The Number of the Delta Variant (but in an entirely scientific context)
Family friend died from COVID. First person I personally knew that died from it. Not the healthiest person but he was only in his 50s.

Wasn't as jazzed with last week's episode of Hawkeye but loved this week's episode.

Food Thread - What are you eating?
I made deviled eggs the other day. Didn't get to try them because my wife and son emptied the tray when I blinked.

It really depends on how you want to define evil but yes you can play evil. You'll still have the same basic goal of stopping the invading demons/closing the Worldwound but you can do some terrible things to get there. I haven't played evil to see just how far you can push it but I did think most of the puzzles were pretty bad- Funny Stuff: Galaxy of Funny
I think supply side Jesus is outpacing commie Jesus these days- What are you Playing Now? Games = Life
I think most of the mods are on the Nexus.- What You've Done Today - But you… have elected… the way of… pain!
I was letting the dogs in from the backyard and my wife asked me why I never say anything when I bring them inside. I told her I have to be careful in case it's really some supernatural critter pretending to be our dogs that needs to be invited in. She thinks I might be crazy, I'm still on the fence.- The All Things Political Topic - All people love themselves too much to be changed by something as simple as love.
I want consistent but I don't want immovable, otherwise agreed.- What are you Playing Now? Games = Life
I pre-ordered and played at launch- Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous, Part 3
IIRC in one of the earlier betas you could learn about it at the beginning of chapter 2 if you could pass the ridiculously high skill check. I dunno if that was just broken since it's now a chapter 5 discovery or if they moved it on purpose but I was surprised and impressed at the lack of outrage over it after Siege of Dragonspear.- What You've Done Today - But you… have elected… the way of… pain!
