Gave the Expanse a shot but couldn't make it through the first episode, probably less than half way through. Maybe I just wasn't in the right mindset for the show so I may come back to it. After that we finished up season 3 of Agents of SHIELD that we stopped watching whenever season 3 aired. Only watched one episode of season 4 and stopped there. Don't even know who the new director is and not too terribly eager to find out either. I think that covers most of my TV week.

LOTRO is bringing back its crowdsourced QA program. So that's something.

Are guys going to open an Obsidian physical item shop? I'd love to buy more t-shirts and hoodies but the only things I can buy in the backer portal are digital. If not I guess I'll just stock up more whenever you guys crowdfund.

I feel bad passing on free games. I still do it all the time but I still feel like a tinge a shame when I do, like their game which they poured their blood, sweat, and tears in isn't good enough for me even at no cost. Is a silliness I've never been able to shake.

In addition to Walker's other oddities like eating only one meal a day (something I also sometimes do but not by design) he also only slept for 3 or 4 hours at most a day

I've only had about 8 hours of sleep in the past 4 days and at this point I've almost been up for 2 straight days. I don't know what's wrong with me. Maybe I've Herschel Walkered.

I didn't particularly like sidekick idea or implementation though I liked most of their character concepts, except for dwarf hands, so I'd trade all of them in for just one of them being a full companion. Except for that one guy I already mentioned. Screw that guy, not literally, unless you want to... I don't care how you live. Do you.

You need to get over the way the Earth used to rotate. The Earth stands still now and it's better for all of us this way and those who disagree are just looking back at a spinning planet with rose colored glasses.

I had the strangest rum and coke ever. I think it was Crystal Pepsi and Captain Morgan White or Silver. Once I got past the novelty of a clear rum and coke I think I was too drunk to judge it fairly so I just had a few more before calling it a night.

I didn't think you were if it matters any. I thought you were mostly concerned about his flying and the likelihood of pretty much any other pilot being kicked out for the things he got away with. I did grow up in his state and met the man once or twice It's possible he felt the need to live up to the family name because with his connections I'm sure he could have stayed in a champagne unit if he wanted. You've probably never heard of Chesty Puller but he's basically the head god in the Marine Corps pantheon. Anyway, his son followed or tried to follow in his father's footsteps but with much more unfortunate results. Quite tragic really.
