No you cant get your saber back from Atris no matter what you say, Ive tried. The best planet to get DS points is probabally Nar Shadaa, you have lots of sidequests and things where you can end up with Darkside points. The party members that respond the best to the Darkside is, Atton, Bao-dur and Mandalore IMO.

Wrong, "Sith" Is a species but died out ages ago, Marka Ragnos was half Sith, but now they are all gone and now there is all phoney ass try hards who try to be like them. The Malak and Revan Sith, they are just followers of Revan and Malak after the Mandalorian wars. And then there is the different faction of Sith, the ones in KotOR2 who are like Sith assasins and follow Sion and Nihilius.
