  1. The article doesn't exactly say she trained Sion and Nihilus for that purpose, it just says they joined her in restoring a resemblance of Sith Order, meant to be Revan's legacy then turned into something else, nothing more than what's said in the game. It can be concluded that she was waiting a worthy one to achieve what eventually did the Exile.

  3. If Mira is available Bao-Dur's first light side reaction is a bit different, a hard one to get, one usually hits mastery before leaving Telos. "You look like you've been standing to close to one of my shield generators." "I was inspired by your arm." "Claws out today, aren't they? You've been spending too much time with Mira."
  4. Those ain't much sneaky. There's one on Onderon that you can't normally get since you're stuck with Mandalore: "This one's... smell is familiar, filled with sweat and weakness. He claims the title of bounty hunter, but he is no predator." "Interjection: As long as he is good at running, the target practice will provide a pleasant diversion." "Leave the head intact. I want it as a trophy."
  5. I wouldn't have said that if I hadn't checked, there's no alternative line, no conditional, she's supposed to say that no matter what. I think it does mean something: she's talking about different techniques, ones she has not used in some time, maybe ones you only get to learn in a specialization such as that of a Jedi healer. Their knowledge is supposed to be unparalleled when it comes to that sort of thing. This is more interesting, though as I said it can't be a scripting issue. Still she never mentions healing powers with Hanharr, she just revives him, and says the wounds must remain for they would give him strength, Colonel Tobin was mowed by a Drexl and she specifically says that whatever healing powers she employed with him, they're ones she has not used in some time.
  6. Of course she did, but the reason for the existance of certain specializations is achieving what most wouldn't be able to if they were to spend time on other disciplines. Plus it's not just Morichro and Breath Control, as I said, she speaks of her healing powers as not used in some time, even if she's got Master Heal, implying she refers to different techniques. Also she does mention that the greatest wielders of the Force are those who have honed and mastered particular skills, like Jedi healers or Jedi aces, her skill being Treat Injury so maybe you can see where I'm coming from. I said forbidden, not dark, there's a difference. Morichro is mostly unknown to the Sith, it isn't a dark side ability, it's just that prolonged use can be fatal.
  7. Not necessarily, but it's a possibility. Few details are far from enough though, as I said, this doesn't hope to get past speculations. There are other possible explanations, but that doesn't make it any less possible that she gained those kind of powers in a first hand education as a Jedi healer
  8. I keep bumping into new lines when I bring improbable party members in even more improbable dialogs. Found any? "But he's not some feral Wookiee. He's got brains. We can't prove anything. But if he isn't your problem, who is causing you trouble?" "Was that a challenge, human?" "Oh. I. Ah. Ah ha. I... I chose my words poorly. Uh. I... I mean... I didn't mean it. I'm very sorry." "This one smells of fear - the pleasure of killing him would be soured by his stench. If we are done with him, let us go elsewhere and hunt."
  9. The first time I met Vrook in battle was the simpliest, with Dantooine as the first planet too. I wore an heavy armor with energy immune defense boosting upgrades, a double-bladed lightsaber with the best upgrades T3 could make, a stun-immunity item, and being armor restricted I focused my powers on energy resistance, heal, and scream. That more than anything did the trick. Other times, with robes, I was sure to have Kreia make some good stims, and get at least Improved Toughness.
  10. influence affects the npc's alignment, if you're dark and have high influence with say Atton, he's gonna get dark too. There are problems with the influence system, each time an npc spawns in they have slightly different alignment, often this causes them not to get the mastery bonus. Mods such as the Mind Probe can further screw things up, making npc's jump from dark mastery to light mastery and vice versa.
  11. "'Sith' is a title, yes, but like you, the title is not who I am. It is not what I believe."
  12. "What do you wish to hear? That I once believed in the code of the Jedi? That I felt the call of the Sith, that perhaps, once, I held the galaxy by its throat?" "Know that there was once a Darth Traya. And that she cast aside that role, was exiled, and found a new purpose."
  13. I meant why would it be strange for Kreia, a EU character, to bear a EU Jedi education such as "Jedi healer". Chriss studied every single tiny bit of SW before making TSL. Was that "stupid" for the whole Jedi healer thing or for the idea of Kreia being one? There's a lot in EU related in some measure to Jedi healers.
  14. There is far from enough to state she was once a healer, though it seems quite possible. It may be that her master was, that would reasonably account for her peculiar knowledge, or perhaps the whole thing is born of her urges of learning, zeal in teaching, and resolve in achieving wisdom and power. There's too much room for speculations on Kreia, I wish the devs would at least say two words about some of them.
  15. Well I was talking about the dark path in TSL, not the DS as a whole. Light and Dark are equally limiting, because each fails to see the truths on the other side, inevitably missing something.
  16. Mostly play LS, now I'm going with a Consular Weapon Master, to see what's it like a Force Focus-Inner Strength combo. The DS is
  17. Of course, I can see why you won't buy the idea of Kreia being a Jedi healer. "The ability to heal is also the ability to harm. And the inability to heal what is damaged can also bring about harm."
  18. Well, I was hoping someone had something to say about it: yes she could, no because of such and such, myob
  19. Do you think Kreia could have been a Jedi healer? "Though it has been some time since I exercised my healing powers, there is a shred of life within you still. A gift from your Master, no doubt."
  20. The dark one, definitely, although it all depends on how you spend your attribute points during levelup. Sentinel Assassin is also better than Watchman because they're better at sneak attack, like only a scoundrel would get.
  21. Atton? Easy, whatever you do he appreciates. You help people without rewards, he's moved by your generosity, you butcher people, he has a ball. It may get harder if you're neutral and do none of the above.
  22. Never did check that out, but the first time I lost more than half the game along the way, didn't train anyone, broke computer consoles just to get on with it, so I'm guessing that was a pretty low level, infact I remember using lots of items in the final battle, and my Exile was neutral so no mastery bonus, no prestige class
