you just have to ask, sometimes it's buggy though and the line won't appear. BaoDur- Yes, general? the Exile- Do you have any shields I could use? BaoDur- Sure do, General. I've made a few while I wasn't working on the ship. Here you go. Just remember - the best shield is not getting shot at all. to train Bao-Dur you have to gain influence making some good deeds when he's in the party, this will unlock the dialog lines you need to turn him into a Jedi Guardian.

the main theme of k2 is about jedi not being gods, and that real power lies in our own strenghts, not in the Force. imho the Exile was no wuss, it's just that in k1 everyone but the main char was, it wasn't realistic, and at times annoying . i mean you're a jedi but you're not invulnerable, if i throw the right amount of electricity at you, you go down like a fried chip, and what's wrong with that? as for prestige classes, i don't know, maybe they thought it was stupid to make Kreia ask the Exile "you jedi or sith? i have to give you the prestige class", it makes sense that's a matter of alignment. still i see it too, there should have been more difference in playing grey in terms of classes and battle.

well there is a dlg line (cut) in which she says "bacause i love him", the Exile is not there, she's talking to Kreia . it's torture, worse, it's Beautiful, it seems any potential romance and mistery was left as such or takes place when the Exile is unconcious or isn't there.

i don't recall the dialog light/dark alignment to be any different in k1, the only difference is in one of Malak's last lines, kinda "you're no jedi nor sith" or something like that, actually i thought k2 was totally grey, even kreia at the end says you're no real jedi/sith, the grey crystal was the most powerful, and when you do something smart yet not exactly ls/ds you actually see a difference (party member reactions).

there are countless endless threads on this topic, here and elsewhere, i posted this list on a wikipedia talk-page, on the lucasarts boards, and also in more than one thread here (it bacame some kinda crusade for me, then i gave up) and i'm pretty sure nothing new is to be heard on this matter, the explanations for each point have been growing discussion after discussion after discussion, till some guy called me anorak or something <_< oh come on :D it's just a common old woman, i've seen much worse, without milky eyes that is.

well all the talking about Revan is just from Kreia, mostly. in k1 you get to know about the same much about Revan as you get to know about the Exile in k2 if you consider Ludo Kressh's tomb, the holorecord of the trial, the holo on Dantooine, Atris and the veterans you meet along the story.

yeah i'm sure there's more i forgot, and more that has been cut or that is buggy and you don't get in the game, like Bao-Dur's dialog lines about Mandalore or the alternative dialog for Atton about the repairs on Dxun where he does some more flirting with the female Exile, or Mandalore's first-time-on-the-ship dialog, and his "getting some things str8" about why he follows the Exile.

well he says "as a padawan" which would suggest his initial training, it'd have been different if he just mentioned that Revan was Kae's padawan somewhere in the middle of his training
