  1. force-scream and battle meditation are very good, force storm gets much more efficient after those. maybe drain force is the most worthless (enemies hardly use force powers )
  2. so? t3's built-in wb can't do that, it can only upgrade items, he couldn't possibly make anything without a wb to create upgrades
  3. i was only kidding on that last one, juhani has no grandpa :D but she too had her side-quest
  4. i keep forgetting to check wikicities before asking :">
  5. workbenches also are able to get you components and items (create/breakdown)
  6. thanks for the tip ..and, you're right, there's only [force persuade] and you have only one chance (that i know) to [force chocke] in dialogs
  7. as surely as you did realize he wasn't able to create/breakdown items
  8. what exactly is a mandalorian slave? the Exile: you're a mandalorian? Mira: as much as any slave becomes a mandalorian. they took prisoners on every world they conqured to bolster their ranks- and they took a lot of worlds isn't it a race we're talking about? one can "become" mandalorian?
  9. in k1 you have side-quests where you look for bastila's mother, mission's brother, carth's son, juhani's grandpa and so on...
  10. Like Yoda? It's perfectly workable - Jedi Frog prestige class lol
  11. agreed, the past of these guys is more interesting, but it lacks side-quests (though it was a bit take-it-easy of revan to look for the family members of his friends while malak burned down the galaxy )
  12. i know no one will agree with me on this one, but i'm happy force-jump is the way it is " playing a frog jedi hasn't much of an appeal to me (though it was kick-ass that atton could wear thon's robe and make sneak attaks like scoundrel-guardians :D )
  13. yeah but nevertheless i'd like to see something new^^i mean, not all jedi learn the same powers, do they?
  14. i already posted this in other forums, i didn't get much out of them :"> let's see how creative are you folks. if you could choose some new power for the sequels, what would it be? i got some funny ideas myself.. summon mentor: (neutral) {jedi level 25} a force ghost from your past (same level of the jedi) will fight beside you [grants improved fury, improved battle meditation, +1all+2forceResist+4regen every 10 levels]<10 seconds> force illusion: (neutral) {consular level 15} the jedi focus on mind domination to create an illusion, the target will see you become more than one [grants -20dmg-5def and 1 attack per round every 10 levels, will not affect droids, won't stack with any other bonus attack]<20 seconds, DC=WIS+CHA+CHLV/2> force burn: (dark side power) {jedi level 15} all targets within 10m of the attacker will feel a wave of heat that does 1d10fire every 10 levels, targets will also be 30%slowed and suffer -2 to all saving throws every second [grants 100% immunity: fire, will not affect droids] <10 seconds, DC=WIS+CHA+CHLV:half dmg>
  15. the new party members have some past, i appreciated, the story is more meaningful too, and the fact that you can train others is great. finally some light on revan's actions, also the whole wounds-in-the-force thing was well enough walked through. the best is still kreia, she gives you much more than just jedi tales and i think she's the best sw character ever
  16. he does say revan was kae's padawan and that's the first and only he remembers, and both mical and kreia confirmed that revan went to his first and final master before he left kreia too, "she was a jedi knight, a master named arren kae" to me she looks like a quite ordinary 50-60yo woman^^ and as atton said, she looks older than she is.. and kreia is not echani, yusanis was, still many believe brianna and kreia look quite alike you don't have to be jedi to be cryptic^^ remember her stab about the exile defying the order? do not feed my hopes i'd love so much to see her again as a force ghost
  17. i must say that from a certain point of view the story was stronger for it, there is no spoken "i am your father" forgone drama, everything was as she meant it to be (wrapped in mistery) from the beginning to the end, still many didn't miss the revelation
  18. she knew love and had a child, and her robes are light gray and with charisma bonus (typical of neutral side) Dantooine was training ground for revan and the exile (the exile lived there too before the mandalorian wars), kreia recognizes the enclave when it is rebuilt, mical too knew master kae and he lived on dantooine of course, both kreia and kae were thought to be dead after they left for the war, since kreia is definitely alive she could mention she was revan's master again after the jedi civil war (when revan was learning he was more than he had been told), the last (and first) master mical was talking about, he called her kae when kreia reveals herself to the council, master kavar makes clear that she fought in the mandalorian wars and was thought to be dead, just like kae. no chance she didn't actually fight because she says she didn't die but became stronger for it, plus she knew in detail what happend on malachor when the mass shadow generator was activated, enough to despise bao-dur for that one cannot know that much about echani traditions (the handmaidens sharing similar features from the same father) and rituals (the intimacy and meaning of echani duels) without being VERY close to them (yusanis)
  19. Disciple- As a Padawan, Revan was trained by Master Kae, before she was exiled. Strange, I do not recall who Revan's master was after that. And it is said that he went to his first - and final - master to learn how to leave the order entirely, as she had Kreia- He came to me, yes. Both before and after, before Revan knew himself. And after, in the times when Revan was coming into his own and learning he was more than he had been told. At one time, Revan was my Padawan. In times past, long ago. But Revan, when he had learned all he could, had other masters... that fool Zhar, and other Jedi on other planets. He learned from each. But in the end, he turned back to me. When he realized there was nothing more to be learned from the Jedi - except how one could leave them forever There is simply too much evidence about Kreia being Arren Kae, and NONE about her being not. I'll try to sort things out: 1-Both neutralsiders 2-Both teachers on Dantooine 3-Both were Revan's first and last master 4-Both fought in the mandalorian wars after being exiled and were thought to be dead 5-Both were mysteriously wiped from the memories of the jedi masters, and from Mical's and Brianna's, not to mention the Exile's 6-Both have deep knowledge of the echani traditions and rituals 7-Brianna (aka Handmaiden) was a teenager when Kae was exiled, about ten years later we have a 50-60 years old woman that could easily be her mother and if one looks for it he'll find they share more than white braids, betrayal, cryptic talk and majestic attitude
